This B&B was a wonderful introduction to Austria for us. We loved the different furniture styles in each room - we had the spacious Old German room at the front with tall windows that opened onto the street. The beds were comfortable and toasty in October. My husband enjoyed reading at the small table in our room and also out in the garden when we weren't busy walking, sightseeing, and dining. We were welcomed with wine made by the Moritz family, which was an unexpected treat. The breakfasts were also delicious and had lots of variety. We were very comfortable here. The pictures give you an excellent idea of what to expect. More

The Weinherberge run by the Moritz family is the perfect place to stay in Deutschkreutz. The guesthouse has been beautifully restored with stylish, historical furniture, and everything is pristine. The spacious rooms are equipped with mosquito netting, air-con, TVs, CD players and hairdryers. There's a lovely path, both sides of which have been planted with different grape stalks, and a pretty pergola where one can sit and sip wine. It's a short walk to the village Vinothek (where you can try a wide array of wine and buy), local taverns and some excellent wine estates. The room rates are very reasonable and include a generous buffet breakfast. The Moritz family are more than happy to help guests with information about what to see and do. More
