Greatly enjoyed our two day visit. The staff were very friendly and competent and ranger Steve was excellent. Some memorable sightings. Found Elephant Rock and Nambiti Game Reserve preferable to some bigger, longer established Reserves. Good food, comfortable accommodation and enjoyed the company of a small group of fellow guests.

We had a wonderful time at Elephant Rock. Staff is super friendly. Nothing was too much to ask for and help was offer in whatever we could possible want or need! The lodge is in a perfect spot overlooking a dam where animals come and drink during the day. Even the Cheetah paid a visit to the dam one afternoon...

From the minute we were collected at the gate, we were treated like royalty. The team, led by Rene and Stef were fantastic, getting to know us by name immediately and whilst we were "just another party of guests" they treated us as if we were special from the first minute. The lodge itself is authentic, but luxury and you...

I've been to Elephant Rock three times now and I can tell you there is something special about the place that keeps you coming back. Drinking Elephant Rock Specials (hot chic/coffee/Amarula) on a game drive at 6.30am should be on everyone's bucket list. Apart from the animals, which may or may not materialise (something usually does though) the service, the...

We recently stayed at Elephant Rock Private Safari Lodge as my brother and sister-in-law were visiting from the UK and they desperately wanted a wildlife experience. Graham was our guide and he was fabulous. Friendly, informative and great fun (despite some cringe-worthy jokes! ;-)) Graham worked so hard to find us some great sightings and we were spoil by a...
