Situated amid the Kent orchards on a greensand ridge with wide open vistas towards the Low Weald, this is a very good B/B. The area for visitors has been recently refurbished and decorated in a style that would not be out of place in "Country Living". We arrived in pouring rain so tea and biccies in the sitting room were... More

If you want to be welcomed by a friendly, helpful host in an immaculately clean, comfortable B&B, surrounded by the beautiful Kent countryside, this is the place for you. Maggie goes out of her way to make sure your every need is taken care of. You will not be disappointed!

Myself, my partner and my son (aged 5) recently stayed at Chat Hill Cottage for a two night stay and what a wonderful stay it was. Upon arrival Maggie (the owner) offered us fresh Coffee, Tea , juice and biscuits in the sitting room. The cottage itself is wonderful , lovingly decorated in an authentic country style and spotlessly clean!... More

Just excellent, the quality of the home that our hosts opened up to us made our stay just great. You'll enjoy your nights sleep in the wonderful bed with luxurious linen. A gem of a place, that hopefully will have a vacancy next time I want to stay!!! (Excellent reviews can be self-defeating to one's own interests !!!)

Our second visit to Maggie's B&B and hopefully it won't be our last in this beautiful part of the country. Maggie and her husband made us very welcome. The decor is very stylish whilst retaining the cottage style. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfasts delicious. Vegetarians no problem. If you are looking for an evening meal, look no... More

We booked all three rooms of this beautiful B&B for a family wedding at nearby Leeds Castle. We could not have chosen a better place to stay - it is exactly as charming as it looks in the photos. All the rooms were beautiful - very comfy beds and excellent quality bedding, lots of space for clothes in the wardrobe... More

We have stayed in a great number of B&Bs around the UK and this is one of the very best, maybe even the best, that we have ever stayed in. First impressions count and Maggie made an excellent first impression with her friendly welcome. The setting is lovely, surrounded as it is by apple orchards, and the views over the... More

When I booked through Late Rooms, Maggie contacted me straight away to provide directions. When I arrived I was shown to a gorgeous room with en-suite shower room. Maggie offered me tea in the sitting room which came up complete with a bowl of mini-chocolate eggs. She also offered advice for places to eat. The room was great and I... More

We stayed with Maggie in her B&B for the weekend when we visited Kent for a friends wedding. The cottage is lovely and the room was a good size with all the amenities in the room you could want. We had the room with the private bathroom at the end of the house which as their were only three rooms... More
