I enjoyed my time at the KingsWood hotel very much. All employees were courteous and helpful in all aspects. Only downfall of the room is that there are no windows that can be opened and no a/c. This was a problem for us because we were here during an Irish "heat wave" so the room stayed very warm which was... More

Hotel was ideally located for us. Very friendly staff; nothing was too much trouble. Free parking in underground car park. Nice comfy and clean room/bathroom. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast nice. Room serviced daily. We'll probably use again in the future.

We had dinner in the new steak house Sunday, My food was lovely but my sisters pork was awful and she was sick after it. It took a while for the food to arrive but was very clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nice little outdoor area for the kids to play as well.

I have stayed at the Danielli in Venice and the George Cinq in Paris at 1500 euros each a night. I am not sure either provide the customer service the staff here do. Stayed for a fortnight which included my birthday. Feeling miserable and alone I turned round as two staff sang happy birthday and presented me with this cake.... More

This hotel is in kingswood which is near citywest business park. It is just off the Naas road and convenient to Dublin City and is just outside the city so easy to go down the country if needed as we did. The room was clean and quite big and had everything you needed. The breakfast was good and the staff... More

The hotel itself was great, very spacious rooms! All the usual amenities that you may need such as; hair dryer, kettle, towels, safe, WI-FI even a trouser press! Breakfast was very good too! Two downsides for us though... the hotel itself was a little to far away for our liking, it was about 45 mins on a bus into the... More

We arrived very late at night, but welcomed with a great mannor, we were checked in and sent on to room 118. Room was lovely, but maybe too warm with it being all shut up on the warmer dublin day. We were bedded and up late, we heard the house keeping staff going about but they didnt disturb us. The... More

Had a terrible time finding this place, it was not clearly addressed and the GPS just couldn't find it, finished up calling the hotel and the receptionist proved to be very helpful in giving directions so after 2 hours driving we finally made it and it was well worth the wait, the staff were friendly and accommodating the hotel was... Really comfortable, modern hotel with good sized rooms and good bathroom. Very secure underground parking. Superb restaurant next door for dinner. First class buffet breakfast. Almost impossible to fault. Location is a bit far out from city centre but comment is intended as an observation - not a criticism. Would definitely use again and will recommend to colleagues. Very friendly... More
