We stayed here in October 2014 while travelling with another couple. We enjoyed it so much that my husband & I have returned again this year. The rooms are wonderful, all decorated in a different themes. The beds are very comfortable & the shower is hot. Christine is a charming person. Very friendly & helpful. She arranged a winetasting tour...

I stayed at Jardin de Bacchus for two night, took cocking class there and had a lot of fun. Christine and Eirk are lovely couple that make us feel that we are back to home. The dinner Christine made is delicious, we enjoy spending time with them, and their place is comfortable and beautiful. This is the place I definitely...

We stayed here for four days, but after spending a month in B&B's in France, this was the worst. The room was small and poorly attired; cheap towels, no soap and no place to set anything in the very tiny shower. Breakfast was a joke - bread and jam. More concerning, the owners made you feel like you were an...

After four days in Oct we felt like Christine and Eric were our very cool French friends that we visit often. They made us feel so much at home with great food, much wine, conversation and laughs. Christine and Eric are the perfect pair of innkeepers with Chrisine being chic and energetic while Eric is solid and wry. The inn...

A beautiful chateau overlooking the hills and vineyards of Tavel . Rose' wine country at it's best . Hosted by a wonderful couple . Erik an architectural engineer who renovated and landscaped the location into a work of art and Christine an elegant host and gourmet cook. Both fluent in several languages. They do their best to make you feel...

My wife and I spent four very pleasant nights with Christine & Erik. Their place was very nice, the food great; however, the best part was interacting with them. Having Christine trying to teach us to pronounce "Arles" correctly was a treat in itself. Their B & B is a remolded 200 year old farm house. Erik designed the project...

Ever want to go Provence to visit some old friends? That is feeling Christine and Erik provided when we stayed at Jardin de Bacchus. We chose to do the wine and cooking package, and we stayed for 2 nights in the Indigo room. Our first night, after an exhausting day in hot Avignon, Christine and Erik cooked dinner for us....

For a memorable stay at Provence, I highly recommend spending a few nights at this location. Christine and Erik were very welcome hosts and gave us a lot of tips and advice for our daily excursions. My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this beautiful home 20 min away from Avignon. This was an extremely convenient location for...

Plastic cups in bathroom and chicken wire covering a faux closet. All for $120€ per night if staying just one night ($100 €\night otherwise). Bed not comfortable either. I hope the hosts take this honest, accurate criticism to heart and make changes. By far the worst B&B in value and objective, comparative terms during our 3 week travels in France....

“The room on the lower floor next to the kitchen was everything we needed, as well as having the charm of tile floors, a modern bathroom, and lots of storage space. Looking out at the vineyard through the open door was very relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable.”
