Wonderful experience! We stayed there for 3 nights in October and relished our experience in this lovely, renovated 14th century Teutonic Knights castle. The building and its grounds are worth exploring. The hotel has 4 themed wings (Knight’s, the Commander’s, Prison’s and Hunter’s) and the corridors and rooms are filled with little details from its past history. The great Dziedziniec... More

Ryn Castle hotel is restored from the 14th century of the Teutonic Knights. It is a once in a lifetime experience to be thrown back into history in a stunning setting. Our room was very comfortable and completely upgraded. The food and dining areas are lovely and buffet breakfast was delicious. We were there in October, so couldn't enjoy the... More

My husband and I and other couple have visited castle in June. We were staying in mill as there was no rooms left in the castle. This turns out to be a great choice as we had a stunning views at the lake and very quiet rooms. If you prefer a silent room choose mill you won't be disappointed. Pool... More

A restored castle from the Tectonic knights era which is very impressive at first glance. The restoration is done very well but is spoilt by the use of plastic wood for decorative effects. However, the general impression still leaves you with a Wow reaction. We dined here and enjoyed the best food of our stay in Poland and it was... More

I have some mixed feelings about the Ryn Hotel. Our stay there was nice although I didn't like the tacky (plastic) background. As a history major, I found it highly anti-climatic and unfit for a **** Hotel. Same goes with the tacky costumes that you could wear as a part of the program. Synthetic fabrics and modern tailoring doesn't really... More

Friendly reception staff and small but nice room and a fantastic breakfast buffet with everything you would like to have! For that alone we would come back. Beautiful surrounding just at the lake and they offer spa, wellness, bowling, too.

The castle itself is quite impressive. It was Teutonic order castle but it was rebuilt to a place more like residence palace. Nevertheless it makes very good impression. There is some historical exposition from Teutonic times in the lobby. We had room on the top floor and it had everything that has to be in 4 star hotel room plus... More

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. The rooms were big but not comfortable . because of the big furniture there was not enough room for the luggage. The room decoration as all the hotel was very special. The services were good and the meals were exceptional, especially the a la carte dinner that was the best we had... More

To some extend I'd agree with Birene about her observations, but you must realize that you are visiting a medieval castle. The interior design is trying to create the atmosphere. In some cases it might look odd or very old, but if you accept it you will start enjoying it. I really liked the furniture. I usually don't like heavy... More
