I spent two weeks in early December 2022.
It is exceptional place - very clean, well maintained, staff is very friendly, in the way going forward to meet customer needs and expectations.
Excellent dining area, superb backfist buffet,
Room was bigger then expected, cleaning - discrete and efficient.
Front desk employees were always read to help.
Ample of parking space always available.
Facility itself, being Casimir the Great castle is really impressive.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to any, even most demanding travelers.

Zamek Krolewski hosted our wedding last month. There were 150 of our friends and family attending the wedding from all over the world (crazy I hear you cry!).
I can honestly say that living in the UK and getting married in Niepolomice was a scary thought at first, but everyone at the castle and in the town were absolutely professional and gave us peace of mind. Marzena is a fantastic communicator - always replying to me within 24 hours. They are THE wedding professionals. They really do know how to throw the best party of your lives. Everything was done with style, and amazingly good taste. The building is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with fab little l'occtaine products in the bathroom. We hired out the whole of the castle, so had the luxury to use all of the rooms which were really WOW!. My friends and family loved staying in such a wonderful, old castle. The service was impeccable...Marzena (the facilitator) looked after us so well, and Sabina and her team did a wonderful job with the food. The whole weekend was such a treat! We felt like real VIPs. On the morning we flew to Italy for our honeymoon, we were leaving the castle at 4am and the night porter went into the kitchen and returned with 2 plastic bags containing breakfast...so thoughtful, so professional, and everyone needs to experience this wonderful place. The lady who made the cake (Iwona), the stationary lady (Dorota), the florist (Agata), the driver (Marek)were all so wonderful and produced the most amazing products for our wedding. I could have cried when I saw them. Contact me cgcatgarner@gmail.com for their details. A huge thank you to all the staff at the castle, for their warmth, kindness and amazing hospitality. ALL of our guests have said that they want to return to your wonderful homeland on holiday again soon. All our Love, Cat and Will x x x x x

The hotel is situated in the beautiful old royal castle in Niepolomice. Rooms are big and really nice. Service is excellent. Food delicious. The castle has been there for a good couple of hundred years. Polish kings and royalty has stayed there during mainly hunting trips. Staying here gave a genuine historical feeling. So if you are in or near Crakow, and want to get out from the city centre for a day, this place is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy a fantastic dinner, polish style. Enjoy a coffee on the courtyard. Visit the old forest with the forest buffalo. The surrounding village is pittoresque and the people are very friendly. One of polands best golf courses is a 10 minute drive away. The fameous Wieliczka salt mine lies only 20 min away. Very close to the hotel lies a playground for kids 2-8 years old. We had our two year old son with us, and he had a great time there. I will definitely visit this hotel again when I am in Poland

We stayed here in October 2015. Our friends were getting married at the church around the corner and guests were checked into this hotel. It was a fabulous experience.

The bar staff were great although the glasses of wine were incredibly small and expensive. Breakfast was basic but filling with some polish options available too.

Our double room was a great size however the shower cubicle was very small even for a small built female and the room was dark even with lights on. Then again, it was a castle!

Food and drink for the wedding reception was superb and plentiful - it took place in the cellars but got rather hot on the dance floor unless the door was left open.

Food at the outdoor area the following day was delicious with polish stew, wine, beers etc.

A wonderful two days spent here and I would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place. Everything was great - location, room, breakfast and dinner, service, atmosphere. One of my favorite stops during my 3 weeks in Poland. It is a short stroll to the town square, and has free parking and free WiFi.

Perfect place to savour the atmosphere of real royal castle. Perfectly renovated - successfully linking history and authenticity with good quality modernity. Comfy place for both: overnight stay or several nights stay. Absolutely fabulous place :). Proper also if You visit Cracow or explore this part of the Malopolska province.

This Hotel/Castle is truly one of a kind. The history is amazing and the Hotel itself is beautiful. This place has the perfect mix of "modern meets antique". The place is super clean. The furniture in the rooms is beautiful and classy. The rooms are also very specious with nice, clean bathrooms. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived well before our check in time, we received a room immediately.

The restaurant in the castle has nice decor and the food is really good.

This castle is situated in a cute town; clean and perfect for a stroll. There is a local cafe nearby that offered nice lunch options and very good coffee.

Loved the hotel! And old hunting palace renovated and turned into a hotel and a conference centre. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff always ready to help you. A meal at the restaurant is a MUST! Delicious typical Polish dishes with a twist. I'm not a big fan of Polish cooking but the dishes created by the chef were absolutely incredible!
A tip: if you can't book over the internet call the hotel reception and ask for availability. Sometimes the web-booking system doesn't work as it should. ;)

The hotel impresses the minute you see it. It's one of those places you need to stay for several days just to savour the atmosphere. I didn't rate thie hotel 'excellent' but was tempted to do so. I elected not to as there were a few things which I believe could be improved on but these are minor.
An ideal venue for wedding, conference, and in fact anything.
Staff are very friendly and helpful
A small village lies just outside the hotel gates.

A very pleasant experience
