Hotel relax is placed in a nice location, near Solą River and stadium of Hejnal Kety. It has quite spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean place. We liked breakfast with quite big variety of food. The Staff was helpful and very kind. We will be back here one day.
Relax is located on the outskirts of Kęty town, on the verge of sports complex. So if you haven't got a car - you have to walk down the main trunk road west, or take a rare taxi. Building must be from previous era, probably renovated and extended recently. We got spacious room on ground floor, facing main road - quieter than we thought. But lots of dust behind the curtins and stains on carpets mean only three TripAdvisor stars (average) from us. Breakfast good and big enough. Few parking spaces at the front, but receptionist suggested moving our car to the more secure and bigger car park at the back.
When we first saw this hotel we weren't expecting much but when we went in it was absolutely lovely. We had a small one bedroom apartment which was obviously not long refurbished but was beautiful. The restaurant was very homely and the food was good.
I wasn't expecting much from this hotel when I had arrived. However it turned out to be a pleasant place. Spacious rooms with comfortable bad and ergonomic bathroom (a lot of place to put in your stuff). I haven't tried meals in the restaurant but they had Paulaner in the bar so that's enough for me.
"Relax" left for me warm impressions after a two-day trip through the Poland. It is cozy hotel, with motorcycles in the lobby, and ancient maps in the rooms. The restaurant is located in a separate block.
We were driving through Europe and used this hotel as a base for visiting Auschwitz and are so glad we did. Hotel was great, spacious room and bathroom and also had parking for our rental car. The hotel was booked the next morning for a communion,so they served our breakfast in our rooms at the time we requested. They were apologetic for the inconvenience but we actually thought it was a nice treat to have it delivered to our rooms and they bought an abundance of food! They were kind enough the next morning to store our luggage for us until we returned from Auschwitz as we didn't want to leave it in the car. The hotel was excellent value for money and we would not hesitate to stay here again
Lovely colourful hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms and in a very quiet location. The main town Off kety was a short 10 minute walk to were there is plenty off shops to choose from. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and will be staying again in the future.
We were attending a family wedding. We flew into Krakow and had an hour and a half drive to Kety. When we arrived at the hotel (which is approximately a quarter of a mile away from the town square) we checked in and went to our rooms. As there were 5 family member in our party. We had a double room and a family room. There is no lift in this hotel, so our family room was on the ground floor and the double room was on the second floor. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We were there for 5 days on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast laid out was of a continnental basis, but you could ask for hot food such as eggs, bacon, sausages. The rooms were not cleaned each day. You had to state to reception that you wanted your room cleaned and clean towels provided as well. The hotel was suitable for what we required, somewhere clean to lay our heads at night!…
