Kia Orana, thank you for your booking on Expedia! Our office hours have changed last year. We are now open from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am-12pm and 4-6pm. So we will see you when you arrive in the afternoon!

Is this an adults only resort? Thank you!
It is not set up for children, but a teenager was there with family when we stayed. Other hotels are better equipped for families with young children.

Yes you can swim directly in front of the Villas, but I did not find it that interesting. A few fish and coral that has been bleached by the weather. But I would still stay there.

Do you permit smoking in the rooms?
"Any beach front. Deluxe unit more privacy but deck on the water front untis have a better air flow on the deck."
