We stayed here as an overnight between Krabi airport & the islands - we stayed in the suites. The rooms were quiet and clean. The staff were helpful and attentive. It's situated near a mall that has everything one may need for the rest of their trip. The four stars is b/c we were charged for water even though you can get it for free if you dial "4". I didn't understand this and b/c of the suite - I would think there would be more water allowed per room. We would stay here again for a transitional night.

Stayed here two nights. Location is very central, 15 minutes from Trang Airport and only 5 minutes to Shopping Center. Reception was friendly. We had a higher up room facing to Khao Pub Pha which make your life wonderful to wake up with these sunrise. The room was pretty spacious for a city hotel and well decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom also good with nice toiletries. Breakfast was amazing both in quality and variety - lots of authentic Trang such as Khao Yum , Kha Nom Jeen Puk Tai as well with breads, pastries, fruits especially fried banana we love it. Highly recommended.

Greatly improved under new GM Hotels looks alot better presented and alot cleaner Rooms now looking fresher and more attention to detail Outside areas much cleaner Service greatly improved and friendly staff Breakfast still needs attention though

It is one of the best hotel in Trang. The hotel area is vast with a panoramic view room. There are a lot of trees with natural surrounding. The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic, pool staff absolutely friendly. Highly recommend to stay, the price is worth for Asian Experience.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and decided to go back during the prolonged pandemic as I felt confident in its overall management. It exceeded my expectations with clean facilities, efficient transportation services, wide selection of delicious breakfast, and superb staff's attentiveness even to minor details. My friend and I agreed that we would wish to go back to stay there again.

Moved from another hotel to here and was very pleasantly suprised. Great welcome and lovely room. Stayed only one night as was enroute to Pattani. Hotel very clean and tidy; restaurant team attentive and friendly and good value for money. We will be back in April / May for an event and looking foward to it.

We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at the Rua Rasada Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped - we even had BBC and EPL football on the TV - the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice. The 35-metre swimming pool was also a joy. We managed to get a rate of 4,000 Baht for 3 nights, which included 500 Baht credit to be applied to food which seemed like good value. The hotel is located outside the centre of town but close to Robinsons and Tops Supermarket. It therefore is probably not an ideal choice for sightseeing unless you are driving.

We had six fantastic nights at the Rua Rasada Hotel. The room was amazing, although no furniture on the balcony. Staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. The front desk was brilliant, smiling and fantastic. The waiters, the pool boys and the concierge were all fantastic :) Everyone so polite and friends. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing is that the pool was very dirty the first couple of days. It needs a bit of a rub inside on the walls. We loved our stay here.

We used the hotel as a base for family visit in a city close to Trang. If you are a tourist I recommend to stay at Pak meng beach or the beautiful islands off the shore of Trang. There is really nothing worth staying for in Trang city. The hotel staff is nice, especially the house keeping. Facilities are on the other hand very old, which is something I can accept in rural Thailand. What is difficult to accept were the beds. They are very hard and makes it difficult to sleep. We actually had to use the blanket as an extra layer on the bed to ease the pain of the hard bed. If you need to stay in Trang city there are not many options and you may have to stay in this hotel. Our advice is to bring your own mattress.

After reading the last review I was hesitant about my stay. It turned out wonderful. My room was super clean and updated. The pool sparkling clean as all the hotel common areas. The gym and sauna with state of the art equipment and super clean. The staff very helpful and wonderful. I just do not understand the bad review! The only thing I agree with it is the list of items that will be charge For if lost or taken...it seems petty. Although I assume they had bad experiences with people taking things...anyhow it does not concern me
