We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was just ok. Check in was very poor as we were not given any information about the facilities of the hotel or where and when breakfast was served. Our room was fine but needed a couple of touches, a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful as we had to put our personal toiletries on the floor and also the shower cubicle could do with some update on the tiles. We did not see any staff at all during our stay and on check out were not asked if our stay was ok and thank us for staying which would normally be usual customer service. This hotel is fine but not for us and we wouldn’t stay again.
Nice boutique hotel, little bit difficult to find even with all maps we had, but with the help of local priest we finally found it. Overlooking the river it is situated in a peaceful part of town and all you can hear are birds and river.
My colleague and I had a wonderful one-week stay at this pretty little hotel. It already started with a pleasant welcome by our charming host Anastasia. Our rooms were a great mix of the remainings and restaurations of this historic building and modern furniture. One of our rooms had a balcony with a great view on the river. Every morning started with a delicious and freshly made breakfast including homemade marmelade, fresh fruit, omelettes and much more. The hotel is located in a quiet area with only a 5 minute walk to get to the city centre. I highly recommend it to everyone who likes historical accomodations with love for detail and design. Whenever returning to Veroia I will definitely choose this beautiful place again.
We stayed in this charming hotel to visit the tomb of Philip in nearby Vergina and ancient Pella. Rooms are traditionally furnished and some overlook the river. There is an excellent restaurant called 12 which is a short walk away along the river with high quality cuisine. The hotel is in the old Jewish quarter with lots of interesting buildings in the old town. Vera, the proprietor, made a huge personal effort to arrange car hire for us for which we are eternally grateful. A highly recommended place to stay.
Beautiful place, very convenient, very pleasant staff, I recommend to stay in this district, which is ver central located. The room was fully renovated, clean, everything was just perfect, especially Elena, a very friendly person.
This place was a little tricky to find according to Google Maps, but the motel gave excellent directions and made it simple. We booked last minute and drove directly there. The room was beautiful (I'm not sure exactly which kind of room we had because the host gave us an upgrade upon arrival), and had a balcony overlooking the river, which was nice. Within walking distance of everything in town and excellent breakfast as well! Couldn't recommend more!
A very nice surprise this cossy, but elegant, old restored house from Veria. Easy booking with very polite and helpful hotel clerk. We really enjoyed the old town of Veria and the sugested restaurant was a pleasure. Definitely a return to Veria will be at this location.
Great small hotel in Jewish quarter of the city. Room quite big with comfortable bed, and air conditioning. Staff very freindly and helpfull. Vera , helps me with taxis and covid test, and gave great advice where to go for a dinner. City centre very close from the hotel. Definitely would come back again.
The room was cosy and quiet and close to the local "downtown" . We spent three nights there and it left us plenty of time to see all the sights of the region. The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay.
We spend 2 nights in this place, with our 3 children. Ît’s in the Jewish quarter, not far from a river. It’s a very good hotel, the breakfast was very good also. You can visit the city from the hotel without using the car. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts, always here to help you.
