Stayed here overnight when my partner was getting a flight from Heathrow next day & we didn't want the stress of an early morning start followed by a drive (or a traffic jam) on the M25 to get to the airport from home. Our "deluxe double" room was clean, with free water, tea, coffee, milk etc. & a fridge. The...

Stayed here for 2 nights and was happy with what I got for the money, hosts were friendly and welcoming, free car parking a bonus to. Breakfast was a full English but with no bacon???? Gotta have bacon with your breakfast! Was happy that the sausages were beef though, tasty. Room was clean and nice and quiet, decent size and...

We needed an "emergency" overnight stay near Heathrow, and I'm so glad I found this B&B. Our host was very professional, friendly and helpful, ordering us a taxi for the next day and offering to print our boarding passes if needed. The room was exceptionally clean, and while not "modern" had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. (I...

Merits: close to airport, so ideal as an airport hotel; served full breakfast; amazing garden; has parking. Shortcomings: breakfast timing is confined, so not ideal if your flight is too early in the morning; if you don't drive, might be difficult to get around. We have been here many times, the rooms are decent and clean, can't stress enough how...

We booked two nights here after reading the glowing reviews on Bookings.com and their website. The double room was musty and old, very dated, and not at all like the photos online. It's in a dicey part of town and a bit of a walk to the train station. Spend a few more dollars and look for something closer to...

Wanted someplace close to Heathrow... On the West side... Close to Windsor and Hampton Court and Runnymede and Wimbledon. It is close but there is nothing around but an OK pub across the street.... You will have to drive someplace for dinner. It is a place to spend the night and have breakfast... Good breakfast in a common area with...

A bit gritty, cramped small room, no air conditioning, bathroom "quaint" and not suitable for larger people. Cold toast. If there is one city that you need to treat yourself to a modern hotel it is London! Sometimes best to look on booking site a day or two before your stay to get last minute deals. I paid £135 per...

Good basic accommodation and so what if it was old-fashioned, sheets were clean and crisp, bathroom spotless, staff friendly, breakfast plentiful, free excellent wifi and all at a fair price. Would definitely stay there again.

Having a 9am appointment in Weybridge and travelling from Derbyshire, my heart plummeted at the thought of trawling through websites again for a London hotel. They are all so ridiculously expensive, even the 'budget' chains, especially when they charge extra for parking, Internet and breakfast. When I fell upon the Cottage I couldn't believe my luck. The photos looked lovely....
