Merits: close to airport, so ideal as an airport hotel; served full breakfast; amazing garden; has parking. Shortcomings: breakfast timing is confined, so not ideal if your flight is too early in the morning; if you don't drive, might be difficult to get around. We have been here many times, the rooms are decent and clean, can't stress enough how... More

We booked two nights here after reading the glowing reviews on Bookings.com and their website. The double room was musty and old, very dated, and not at all like the photos online. It's in a dicey part of town and a bit of a walk to the train station. Spend a few more dollars and look for something closer to... More

Wanted someplace close to Heathrow... On the West side... Close to Windsor and Hampton Court and Runnymede and Wimbledon. It is close but there is nothing around but an OK pub across the street.... You will have to drive someplace for dinner. It is a place to spend the night and have breakfast... Good breakfast in a common area with... More

A bit gritty, cramped small room, no air conditioning, bathroom "quaint" and not suitable for larger people. Cold toast. If there is one city that you need to treat yourself to a modern hotel it is London! Sometimes best to look on booking site a day or two before your stay to get last minute deals. I paid £135 per... Good basic accommodation and so what if it was old-fashioned, sheets were clean and crisp, bathroom spotless, staff friendly, breakfast plentiful, free excellent wifi and all at a fair price. Would definitely stay there again.

Having a 9am appointment in Weybridge and travelling from Derbyshire, my heart plummeted at the thought of trawling through websites again for a London hotel. They are all so ridiculously expensive, even the 'budget' chains, especially when they charge extra for parking, Internet and breakfast. When I fell upon the Cottage I couldn't believe my luck. The photos looked lovely.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Good B and B. Very near to Heathrow Airport. Neat and clean with lovely garden you will get here. Lot of choices in complementary brakefast. Napali manager is a good host. This property is value for money.

The one thing the Cottage has going for it is location. It is ideal. The soundproofing is superb and it is very quiet. However the place itself is in need of a lick of paint and new carpets. It is a place to stay for one night but no longer. The eleven o'clock checkout time is a good idea. Why... More

arrived at Heathrow a day early (oops!) so had to scramble around for somewhere to stay nearby. Lucked out with this basic but very good-value B+B, a 15min bus-ride from the terminal. Staff very helpful in terms of checking in and out. Room had the amenities I'd expect - decent shower and the wifi was quick, reliable. Nothing fancy but... More

This is perfect place to stay when looking for a quiet night's rest before a flight from Heathrow. My room was spacious and comfortable, a deluxe double, with a good-sized en-suite bathroom and excellent wifi. Staff was helpful and eager to please, and even directed me to a nearby station to fill up the rental car with petrol. Breakfast was... More
