We stayed for two nights for a wedding we were attending nearby, the room itself appeared to have everything you would need and was nice looking. The room was on quite a busy road which was noisy but this wasn't a problem for us as we are both heavy sleepers. Before going to bed I TRIED to have a shower...

Just spent two nights here having been given a voucher as a gift for a free night and decided to buy a second night. Unfortunately the photograph is deceptive as although the Inn overlooks a cricket pitch the main road to Tunbridge Wells runs alongside and is vey noisy avoid the rooms at the front. The room itself was an...

The hotel is situated above a lovely pub where you can eat but do book in advance as the restaurant was fully booked. The room was nice and comfortable enough but I didn't feel it was worth £80 for the night. The room was clean but needed a touch up of paint in some areas.

An excellent stay, the only improvement for the room, turn up the shower pressure, very low. There was a jazz evening downstairs. ZERO disturbance from the pub/entertainment/going home. Good. Did not eat evening meal here, I enjoy curry, so walked a short distance down the hill to and excellent meal. Breakfast. Excellent service. Would not have paid the price of...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. Our room, although fairly small, was perfectly acceptable - clean, comfortable and with a nice shower/bathroom. The breakfast is a small buffet but a cooked breakfast can be bought (we didn't as the buffet was adequate for us). Everyone we met at the hotel was polite and friendly so no complaints...

The staff are friendly, the room was comfortable, and there were welcoming log fires in the breakfast room. The view across the cricket ground was pretty, and it was fairly easy to get into town by bus.

This is a well presented hotel/bar/gastropub and would have warranted a higher rating had it not been for a number of minor irritations. Staff are welcoming and friendly; rooms are clean and well decorated and I cannot say that my four night stay was unenjoyable. However, they advertise that a buffet breakfast is available until 11:00am. Yet one morning at...

First time staying here for a course and I would happily return. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I first felt the mattress I thought I was going to have a disturbed night - I didn't. It gave more support than I initially thought. If you were staying a while you may find the storage limited. Desk and...

I had requested a family room as I was travelling with my daughter and granddaughter. I was most impressed when they emailed the day before to ask the age of the child and would she need a cot or a sofa bed so that they could ensure that the room was appropriately made up. Sadly, when we checked in at...

Was our first night on our holiday and a perfect way to start in the UK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and a nice place to stay. Breakfast was cereal and toasts which was great because we had older and younger children. Very warm and cosy.
