during a surprise weekend trip to Beer, the Bay View Guest House was our base for two nights. Whilst we didn't have a sea view, our room seemed very newly furnished and was very spacious. A special mention to the bed which had to be the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of...

Lovely light and airy room, beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the sea. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, no need for lunch as we did not feel hungry til evening. Fresh fruit salad, homemade marmalade and plenty of hot choices for breakfast. A really lovely place to stay.

We've been here before - Nikki makes your weekend in Beer into a charming experience. Bay View Guest House is smart, up-2-date and welcoming. Ideally located, at the top of the short hill leading to a wonderful beach (pebbles) and with The Anchor Hotel/Pub/Restaurant across the road. Breakfast is a feast - but it's the quality you'll remember long after...

Beautiful Beer still quaint, Bay View room 1 able to hear and see the sea super breakfast. Interesting choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy parking just up the road, just as good to go out of season. Happy to return.

Well, add to the list sea views, a charming guest lounge, delightful dining room with an array of breakfast choices, all well cooked, presented and...

We stay every year. Just amazing! Staff so friendly and welcoming, rooms immaculate, breakfasts are gorgeous. Beer is a fabulous location... I've been going every year since I was a kid! Make the most of the stunning cliff walks... walking over to Branscombe is a must.
