We did a last minute search for a couple of nights away and were lucky to find room at Colebrooke House. Booking was easy (via web). On arrival Dave provided a parking permit to cover our stay, very useful. The room was very much as expected/described. We had everything that we needed including toiletries, tea/coffee and biscuits. Location is great...

Another 3 night break at this wonderful b&b. We have stayed at all times of the year and it is perfect out of season too. This time we stayed mid October and the rooms are lovely and cosy, unlimited hot water, central heating and tea/coffee etc tray. The breakfasts are superb, the owners helpful and friendly and the cleanliness of...

We have walked past Colebrooke House many, many times on previous visits to Beer and although we always admired how homely and well-kept it seemed, we never thought of staying. Well, we did this weekend and are we are so glad we did. Our room, and the entire establishment was so incredibly clean and well turned out, by far the...

We spent an enjoyable 4 night long weekend at Dave and Linda's B&B. There was no-one in on arrival, but a little note directed us straight to our room where our parking permit awaited us. The room was clean with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space and the en-suite was spotless. A full english was offered for breakfast after a...

Wendy and Dave are wonderful friendly hosts running a comfortable and spotlessly clean hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after their quests very well. I read the review written by an American lady and thought that I would like to hear Dave's side of the story. Probably will next time we visit!

Everything is spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard as well. They are very welcoming...

Stayed at this lovely B & B for a few days. Excellent location close to several restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Dave gave us lots of suggestions for where to eat & some beautiful walks. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome. I left a few items of underwear behind &...

The B&B was in a great location, very central, good array of pubs and places to eat. Would highly recommend "Steamers" best meal we have had but you do have to book so make sure you get in there quick, was fantastic. Dave the proprietor of the B&B was very friendly and gave information on places to see. Breakfast was...

Greeted by Dave who couldn't do enough for us. Really lovely, clean room and breakfast was spot on! Amazing little B&B in an amazing little hidden gem! The place was in a perfect location too, right on the main strip of charming shops and quaint pubs. Will definitely visit again :-)
