I visited again this hotel for my family vacation!! They improved very must their services and facilities!! The staff was really polite and always with a smile! The food of the breakfast and dinner was delicious! They recommended and organized an unforgettable trip to Balos with a boat!! You have to book and visit Balos! Thank you very much again!!
One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! Exceptional food, friendly and polite staff always willing to help and advise, making your stay as convenient as possible. I would totally recommend it to anyone and I will definitely come back while visiting Crete. Thank you so much.
We enjoyed so much our stay at ELEFTHERIA Hotel, august 2021. Quiet room, excellent and various food, everything is made to feel safe during this covid-pandemy. The staff is very kind and helpful. thanks to Marios... Michèle and Claude DE Greef
Hotel Eleftheria and the stay was absolutely amazing! It is better than we expected!. We had the best time. The view, the pool, and the interior are very nice. The beach is only 800m away that's why they offer a mini bus from the hotel to the main road! Chania town is only 15 minutes away by car. Once you are there, do not forget to visit the local tavern of Leventis in Stalos in order to taste the Cretan cuisine!! We will definitely come back again next year! Thank you, guys!!

She started shouting in Greek, cursing, shooing us off ‘HER’ hotel on grounds of being spoilt, picky brats (I am 38 years of age), threatening to call the Local police, something I instantly agreed upon ,but she never did so, because she knew they would have had to arrest her after the verbal and almost physical attack she unleashed upon us. • On the bright side, the hotel’s GM was reassuring and apologized on behalf of the staff which somewhat deflated the situation.…
