Stayed in Colina 7C. Wow, looks brand new. All new furniture. very comfortable beds with 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. Outdoor seating with a breathtaking view. 2 beautiful pools with sun and shade. Beautiful workout room. Very Safe! Security was walking around at night. Very safe to walk the roads. Close to the Marriott, beach club and marina. Close by coffee shop with bakery and restaurant. You can even rent golf carts. You can drive that to the grocery store and my favorite restaurant was Cocos. A 5 minute golf cart ride and you are eating right on the beach with fabulous sunsets. Check out all the small little restaurants. Jaco is a cute little town with a beautiful beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Went on a deep sea fishing boat and a 4 wheeler tour. Best vacation I have ever had. So glad I chose Colina 7C.

Just an hour drive from the SJO Metro area, Stay in Costa Rica offers a wide range of condos to fit your needs whether you are a couple or a family. During this difficult time of COVID-19, it is relieving to know that you can still get out safely and enjoy this wonderful country of Costa Rica. From the auto check-in process where you just pick up your keys from the guard to reserving your section within the pool area, all sanitary protocols were adhered to and we enjoyed a relaxing weekend out of the house. We stayed in Los Suenos condos during our trip to Costa Rica and found them to be an excellent choice . We booked a two bedroom condo for two couples and they suited our needs perfectly. The condo has a nice size pool to relax by that is shared with several other condos but were never busy. The staff is very friendly and are genuinely happy you are here. The marina area has nice choices of restaurants to dine and the food is very good. If you are planning on cooking your own meals you should stop at a grocery store before arriving as the small convenience store is priced very high. Plan on buying your soda and beer off site or be prepared to pay dearly. If you want to golf there is a great course and of course an amazing marina with beautiful boats and some of the best Bill fishing in the world. I would definitely recommend this resort. Steve

Our family (kids 12 and 10) had a wonderful vacation to beautiful Los Suenos from the Philadelphia area in early March. We stayed at the lovely Del Mar condos in a 2 bedroom which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were well maintained and accessible steps from our condo. We enjoyed breakfast in the condo every morning which was prompt and well prepared. The Stay In Costa Rica team was great and set us up on fantastic excursions. Isla Tortuga for snorkeling, Zip Lining and ATV Tours through Vista Los Suenos and charter fishing on Sunny1. The fishing trip was perfect. The crew put us right on the fish and we were fortunate to land mahi mahi for dinner (cooked at the Hook Up) and a blue marlin within about 1.5 hours at our fishing spot. Unfortunately seasickness took half of our group out so we cut our trip short but it was a success! The beach club staff is also fantastic! A wonderful, relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places we’ve been!!! Highly recommend!

We chartered Sunny 1 for a full day of fishing...worth the price as Brian and This boat is good for a small group 2-4 people. William did an excellent job making sure we had a successful day. Their combined experience and fun attitude was perfect for us. We caught one very large Tuna and a nice Sailfish. Be aware of the full moons possibly impacting your results but these guys know where to fish regardless.

This place is the best!!!!!Brand spanking new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, probably the nicest unit in the Colina community. Custom cabinets, ctops, custom tile work in both showers, and all Kohler plumbing fixtures! Family had a great time in the condo, comfortable and all new furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, appliances, and decor! Highly recommend you use SICR and stay in this unit. It’s truley a remarkable and high end unit! I have been all over the world and this place rocks!

What an amazing place! It begins with the tropical view from the deck to the comfort of this freshly decorated three bedroom condo located in this beautiful landscaped paradise. Two pools are conveniently located right outside your door and a community pool with swim up bar and restaurant within a walk away. The beach, marina and so many restaurants on and off the complex were some of the best food we could ever expect. Loved the surfing beaches and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back!

This is the place in Costa Rica that is Paradise on Earth. We all had a wonderful time and the grounds and people were amazing! I will definitely be back again! Just a short drive from San Jose to the resort through most beautiful country. The restaurants were all wonderful and prices were reasonable. The Sunny1 put us on sailfish and all 3 of us landed a very nice sailfish with a wonderful lunch and beverages provided on board.

title: our experience at gokulam grand resort ,komarakom, kerala we the group of 14 members stayed in Gokulam grand resort from 1st to 6th nov 2022 and all of us appriciate the hospitality ,pleasing mannerisms and we thoroughly enjoyed. we were in continuous touch with sri Suraj and respectable lady Maheswari ,we have been overwhelmed with these two persons pleasing behavior the and ability in making guests at ease and happy. Yes I have used it several times, no one has ever said I couldn't be there, but the Los Suenos Beach club is much less touristy and the El Fresco Restaurant is fabulous. The Marriott encourages everyone to use their facilities. But I prefer the marina restaurants, better value and quality.

Phils answer is accurate. I would add a couple details. Guests staying in any of our properties will have access to at least two swimming pools plus the Beach Club. That can use the Marriott's SPA, Tennis courses, Restaurants, and Swimming pool on a pay per use basis. However most travelers enjoy the beach club and choose not to pay to use the Marriott pool.

Colo lo indica Alejandra los Sueños es un complejo de hotel (Marriot los Sueños), apartamentos (se alquilan) y casas (algunas se alquilan). El hotel tiene todos los servicios de un hotel tipo Marriot, cuando se alquila un apartamento, cada bloque de apartamentos cuenta con una piscina y un jacuzzi rodeados de naturaleza, tambien puedes visitar la marina donde hay restaurantes, bares, banco y otros servicios, y hay una casa club que es para el uso de todos los condominos de los apartamentos donde tienes piscinas, bar, cancha de voleybol playa y otros, puedes montar en bicicleta, o jugar al golf en el hotel, por cierto a los inquilinos de los apartamentos y propietarios les hacen descuento en el hotel por consumo de alimentos, razón por la cual tambien puedes visitar el hotel y pasar un rato allÃ.
Es un sitio ideal para descansar por la tranquilidad que allà se respira, te aclaro no es de bajo coste, pues está dirigido a un nivel medio y alto de poder adquisitivo. Las reservas del hotel se realizan con la cadena Marriot y la de los apartamentos hay algunas empresas que los administran entre ellas la que mencionas.
