Stayed in Colina 7C. Wow, looks brand new. All new furniture. very comfortable beds with 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. Outdoor seating with a breathtaking view. 2 beautiful pools with sun and shade. Beautiful workout room. Very Safe! Security was walking around at night. Very safe to walk the roads. Close to the Marriott, beach club and marina. Close by coffee shop with bakery and restaurant. You can even rent golf carts. You can drive that to the grocery store and my favorite restaurant was Cocos. A 5 minute golf cart ride and you are eating right on the beach with fabulous sunsets. Check out all the small little restaurants. Jaco is a cute little town with a beautiful beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Went on a deep sea fishing boat and a 4 wheeler tour. Best vacation I have ever had. So glad I chose Colina 7C. …

We had the best time in Costa Rica with the Marina del Rey cruise line and their stuff on board was so much fun! The food was fabulous, and it was a great day, touring the bay, along with our special brand of music!

Great house, nice decoration, super air conditioning. We loved the place and had a great time! Lots of green areas, private pool, close by restaurants. WE HAD A BLAST! The beach club is great and dinner at the marina is superb.

We stayed in Casa Patron, it was a wonderful house, very clean, very nice and high end. I will use Stay in Costa Rica for all my Los Suenos visits. This was my 4th time and they have been wonderful everytime.

What an amazing place! It begins with the tropical view from the deck to the comfort of this freshly decorated three bedroom condo located in this beautiful landscaped paradise. Two pools are conveniently located right outside your door and a community pool with swim up bar and restaurant within a walk away. The beach, marina and so many restaurants on and off the complex were some of the best food we could ever expect. Loved the surfing beaches and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back!

This place is the best!!!!!Brand spanking new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, probably the nicest unit in the Colina community. Custom cabinets, ctops, custom tile work in both showers, and all Kohler plumbing fixtures! Family had a great time in the condo, comfortable and all new furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, appliances, and decor! Highly recommend you use SICR and stay in this unit. It’s truley a remarkable and high end unit! I have been all over the world and this place rocks!

The house rented was amazing, with two bedrooms with great beds, and a wonderful kitchen with all implements required to have a great cooking experience. The living room was amazing because the TV, cable, and internet were phenomenal. I recommend this place because this place is a nice place to share with all the family.

We recently rented a condo in Los Sueños at Bella Vista through Stay in Costa Rica for our family here and visitors from the United States. We slept 6 people very comfortably with plenty of room and privacy. Although the gas grill had no propane the amenities of the condo exceeded expectations. Close to everything you need there. The people at SiCR were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

"Stay in Costa Rica" is a business affiliated with the Los Suenos Resort and Marina. They helped us by suggesting local restaurants, tours and stores. We went there almost daily during our 9-day stay for help with suggestions, directions and bookings. Carolina was the reason we had such wonderful experiences and adventures. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around the huge property if you don't have a car.

We had an awesome trip to Costa Rica. We stayed at Los Suenos Resort and Christian Rojas and the Concierge Staff were so helpful. Every excursion they organized/booked for us was top notch. It was often just the 3 of us so we felt as though we got the VIP Treatment. The Restaurants in the Marina area were wonderful. Our Condo was beautiful with amazing views. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We can't wait to return and share this special place with our friends. Highly recommend!!!
