January 2023 was our latest trip and it didn’t disappoint. Casa Pacifica in Los Suenos was absolutely beautiful. Harold always makes the trip extra special and has taken care of every detail. We found HRG when looking to secure 3 separate condos for our extended family. HRG helped us find 3 perfect ones for our group, and then their concierge-level service started. Each person is completely fluent in English so it made reserving all our activities effortless (sportfishing charter, golf cart rental, eco-activities, taxi to Jaco, restaurant reservations, etc.) They are extremely responsive to email, texts, and calls, so I felt comfortable reaching them. The HRG team understands customer satisfaction and made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable trip to Costa Rica.

We live in Costa Rica and love renting houses. It was our first time renting one from HRG. Five words: We will definitely come back! Everyone (Ricardo, Nancy, Ruth, etc.) was amazing; we definitely had a stress free one-week vacation. The property we rented, "Casa Vista Paraiso", was spotless and well-appointed. Our children, my wife's family and our guests were delighted, extremely happy and already want to go back. See you soon and keep up the outstanding work you do!! Oh, I also forgot to mention something that made everything unforgettable; we had Kenia Salas (Zona K Atelier) and her team as our personal chefs during the week we stayed. Her passion, her experience, her professionalism and the quality, variety and taste of her food (breakfast, lunch and dinner): Unparalleled, highly recommended!!

The condo was in a great location near the club pool as well as a short golf cart ride to the marina. HRG lined us up with an incredible half day fishing on Who’s Your Daddy. My kids are 5,7,9 yrs old. Everyone including my wife caught a sail fish and we also caught a blue marlin. Unforgettable family trip!

From the moment we booked our magnificent Los Suenos condo, Josue helped me plan the perfect vacation/adventure for my family. He organized our roundtrip airport transportation, our golf cart rentals, our activities with transportation, our restaurant reservations, and even went grocery shopping for us before we arrived. All of our requests were handled expeditiously and professionally.
Our view of Herradura Bay, Los Suenos Marina, and Herradura Island was absolutely breathtaking. I am already planning our next vacation with Josue from HRG Properties & Rentals.
I highly recommend!!!

I have been coming to Costa Rica for 15 years and stayed at many resorts and hotels across the country. I would like to start by saying that the luxury for the price was unparalleled.
Also there were some initial problems with the first condo that was chosen for myself and my Costa Rican finace and her children. After 2 days in the condo with these issues, and once these issues were confirmed by and HRG maintenance representative, we were immediately transferred to another unit, which was a lovely upgrade and that decision was made by HRG management and our personal concierge.
Whenever I requested and activity, Nancy, our personal concierge was quick to respond, and send me information and photos which assisted in making the decision as to what activity would be best for myself and my fiance's children.
I spoke with a few other property management companies that rent in Los Suenos. I was tremendously impressed with the initial questions that I had. Also, HRG offered amenities that no other property management company offered. And the full charges involved were declared by HRG during our conversations prior to renting. This was not something that the other property management companies did during the up front conversations.
I highly recommend HRG as the company to work with for a fabulous vacation at the Los Suenos Resort.

Five friends stayed in Casa Magnifica for 7 nights, this is a beautiful home great swimming pool and great view. We would stay in this home again. The home has great beds, the décor in the home is outstanding. This home also has a great patio area for entertaining, we spent most of our time outside on the patio the patio has nice TV and gas grill.

Take the tours and great fishing. The restaurants are very good on the property, little pricey, but the food was always very good. Loved the pools, the larger one has a swim up bar, nice!! Nice golf course and was in good condition. Will return again.
