January 2023 was our latest trip and it didn’t disappoint. Casa Pacifica in Los Suenos was absolutely beautiful. Harold always makes the trip extra special and has taken care of every detail. We had a great trip! There were two families with a total of 4 adults 3 teens and 2 kids. The house was amazing and so was the staff at HRG. We had plenty of room for all of us. Berta our housekeeper did a great job everyday making sure the house was clean and always tight when we returned from our daily adventures. (Our clean laundry was over the top!) Harold our concierge made sure every detail was taken care of for our group from the minute we landed in San Jose. He made the trip an amazing success. The surfing in Jaco and the offshore fishing with the Maverick crew was great. This was our second trip, and we will be back for sure. We highly recommend Los Suenos and we definitely recommend using Harold and his team at HRG. These guys have it dialed in!

HAROLD is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Everyone needs a Harold in their Life! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect! He took care of booking an amazing trip each visit that was truly flawless, relaxing, and enjoyable. The only things we had to worry about were showing up on time to our excursions for the day and dinner reservations for the night. He even cooked dinner for us one night and it was the best meal of ALL. He truly makes you feel like a VIP and ONE CALL is all it takes for him to get it DONE! All of the tour and transportation companies that he used were extremely friendly, and eager to do whatever we wanted to make our trip memorable. The most stress-free vacation! My friends and I have just completed our sixth trip to Los Suenos and each trip is better than the last. Harold Guerrero did an awesome job of ensuring that we had a great time during our stay. In addition to preparing gourmet meals, he makes sure all of our needs are met and recommends cool and different activities for each visit. I would highly recommend planning a stay at this beautiful resort and would definitely request Harold when planning your Costa Rica vacation. We recently returned from another amazing experience with HRG and particularly wanted to comment on Harld's consistent and impeccable hospitality and quality of care. He is attentive and provides personalized assistance keeping the group dynamic in mind as well as assistance with the disabilities of one of our traveling companions. He stays a step ahead and never disappoints. This was our sixth amazing trip and we will continue to plan our annual vacation tradition with HRG and Harold. Great time. Easy company to work with and very hands on and helpful with planning out all experiences. We went white water rafting as well as taking an ATV trip. Harold was incredibly helpful in putting it all together.

Our overall experience was fantastic. Harold Guerrero did a fantastic job ensuring we had all our needs and requests filled. He is very personable, makes you feel as if you have known him for years, and will take whatever time you need to show you around the resort and made recommendations for some fantastic adventures. Everyone at the resort were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend planning a stay at the resort and would ask for Harold when making your plans. Weather, views, and fishing are incredible.

Casa Magnífica was truly magnificent!!! We were 2 families (5 teens) plus grandparents during Christmas week. House was beautiful. Comfortable and perfect in every way. Harold, our concierge, truly was available by text 24/7. Restaurant reservations, activities, even Urgent Care!!! Full service!
