We've never stayed before at a Four Seasons. Could never justify paying twice what a beautiful Marriott or Hilton would cost. I had serious doubts about value for this. This placed dispelled my doubts. Casual elegance. Absolutely perfect. Room and staff were amazing. 6-8 dollars for cab into HoiAn and if timed right, can take free shuttles into and out of the historic town. This place was amazing. I think that the hidden secret seems to be a HUGE staff to guest ratio. We absolutely loved our stay here. Again, Somewhat of a surprise. We can't wait until we stay at another Four Seasons again.
Perfect score as if we were at the Olympics! The GM, F&B Manager, Monica and Every staff member created beautiful memories for us to recall as well as record in photos. You taught me a deeper understanding and importance of service to others. The group wave goodbye cemented that. Staying at the Four Seasons Nam Hai was an experience of rest, beauty and renewal. Well-worth the cost. With gratitude!
A great Resort in the beautiful Central Vietnam. Fantastic landscape, beach, garden. A special thanks to all the staff, professional, kind and always smiling. One of the best spa and gym I found in SE Asia. Hope to be back.
One of the best hotels in Vietnam ! The room is spacious, the pools are amazing, the spa is stunning, the staff is attentive and professional,.. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time during our stay, but we still enjoyed it as much as we could. I think the hotel should offer discount on spa services when it's raining all day!
This was a return visit, delayed almost 2 years by travel restrictions, based on a fantastic trip in late 2018. From the pickup at DaNang to the final waves goodbye for teh shuttle back to the airport 5 days later - everything was just excellent - making us all really happy to be back - and just basking in pleasure and relxation. We chose a villa closer to the beach this time - which was a great choice. We could walk along the beach to get to the pools, or along paths - or call the buggy of course, or ride our bikes. The breakfast was excellent as before with great selection of food. We ate in HoiAn 3 nights, but used la Sen the other times - excellent as before. The team is just so welcoming, and knowledgeable. The Spa is a cut above almost any Spa anywhere in the world - and we have used dozens. Internet coverage seems to be even better now, with 25Mbit/sec almost everywhere - so good for watch movies or videocalling to share your pleasure across the world. Only 4 tiny observations to feed back: (1) I think its about time the staff stopped wearing masks - especially outdoors. Hides their smiles and hinders recognition. Guests never wear masks and they probably don't have any benefit other than the "marketing angle". (2) I noticed that motion sensing lights have been added under the beds - great idea - but the timeout is a bit long ...I like dark rooms for sleeping! (3) The Red and Blue Dots have worn off the shower knobs in the outdoor shower - but luckily the hot is the same tap as on all the other tap pairs... (4) When refitting the toilet seats, please make them "soft close". You have to close the lid to flush the toilet, and at night there is a chance you might drop the lid as you do so - waking up your partner... …
As expected with the brand this hotel gave our family and extremely memorable 6 night stay. The villas are incredibly well appointed and luxurious. The main pool area is marvellous and looks out over the beach and the crystal blue sea beyond. The staff are what makes this hotel truly a 5 star experience. Always happy to help and are proactive when it comes to offering aid or advice. This includes all members from the spa to waterfront to security. Very beautiful buildings and surrounding and gives you an idyllic setting in comparison to the chaos of Hoi An
Four Seasons Resort Hoi An is the prefect resort. I had such a great time staying in the resort. It is near to the heritage Hoi An town, it has the most beautiful beach, and wonderful villas. I spend 3 nights in Four Seasons Hoi An, and stayed in the most beautiful one bedroom private pool villa. The villa had unique interior with Vietnamese decor. It comes with interesting amenities like singing bowl. You will always have plenty to do in the resort, lounging by the pool, joining the fitness and cultural activities or arrange with the resort concierge team activities that you fancy. The food is amazing, it has the most amazing Korean and Indian food, the Vietnamese selection is pretty amazing as well. I had the most amazing holiday with Four Seasons Resort Hoi An.
Four Seasons hotels are always a guarantee of luxury and high end standard so nothing to say about it, it was of course an amazing staying, excellent staff very well trained that don’t assist guests only, but adore them , the best hospitality in Vietnam (and I changed 6 hotels in Vietnam). The food top quality , I really like the Vietnamese restaurant with a lot of veggie options also from their local farm and a gluten free dessert menu! One night there was a duo local musicians playing very interesting and never seen instruments , it was nice experience! The place is really outstanding , immersive into nature and one of the best Four Seasons ever been so far! Close by there is the tourist attractions of Ba Na hills with the golden bridge and other sites, I really recommend to go (I took a private tour with them). They do daily yoga morning classes , and must to try the spa , it’s in a kind of Lagoon and the treatments are super! I am really very happy of this staying and I do recommend to everyone in the choice of other luxury hotels here , Four Seasons is always the best!…
We leave the Nam Hai with a feeling that it will forever hold a special place in our heart. The resort is architecturally stunning. Everywhere you look your eyes are greeted with something interesting or beautiful to look at. It is evident that such care has been taken in the structural design of the resort and the villas. The enticing infinity pools cascade elegantly through the centre of the resort leading to the pristine white sandy beach. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa which was absolutely huge, nestled amongst perfectly manicured gardens. The Range Rover transfer to and from the airport adds another touch of luxury. The food served at the hotel was simply delicious. Using high quality ingredients, interesting flavours and creative dishes provide for a stimulating dining experience perfectly blending the traditional and the contemporary. We spent quite a bit of time at the spa. The picturesque backdrop provides the perfect setting for wonderfully relaxing treatments complemented by enchanting crystal singing bowls adding to the serenity of the treatments. Our butler, Châu, took such good care of us, providing personalised and thoughtful service, along with the all the staff and the management who really went out of their way to make our stay so very special. We very much look forward to returning when we next visit Vietnam.…
Exceptional property. I stayed here for a week in August. Usually with a longer stay you could fault aspects of a hotel - the FS at Nam Hai is an exception. The staff led by Monica, Sudir and Danz were always ready to help. Nothing was ever a problem. The chef cooked up a personal recipe for me which was a sweet touch. From the spa to the food to transfers and tours, the service was faultless. Well done team - you should be proud of the brand and hotel
