We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. The resort is situated on the beach between Denar and Hoi An. There are 3 swimming pools and you can swim in the surf under the eyes of a lifeguard.
The resort is modern and well presented. It is very well-maintained by staff that seem to take a personal pride in its presentation. Over and above their work, maintaining the property, the staff take a personal interest in each individual guest. That is a big claim, but it was our experience.Most staff addressed us by name, including staff to which we hadn’t had the opportunity to introduce ourselves. Breakfast was a good example. On the second day we ordered coffees. On subsequent days we greeted by name and asked on arrival if we would like our coffees.
We came on a luxury escapes package that included breakfast and either lunch or dinner as well a membership to the lounge. The lounge offered afternoon tea and pre dinner nibbles and drinks. The staff in the lounge knew us by name, asked about our day and answered any questions we had about Vietnam.
We took the opportunity to visit My So’n, an ancient site about an hour from Denang. The resort provided a car and driver for the day to see My So’n and Hoi An on the way back. The cost for 8 hours was about AUD$145 which was reasonable for a whole day.
I struggle to find much to say that needs improvement.
There is very little in walking distance if you want to venture out of the resort. The resort provides daily shuttle services at a cost, to both Denang and Hoi An. You can engage a private driver or take a taxi. The cost of the shuttle is quite reasonable, but you need to be prepared to go and return in accordance with the schedules. However, even here, there was flexibility if you were the only couple utilising a particular shuttle. On two occasions, the shuttle driver agreed to return us to resort early, because we were the only couple on the shuttle.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

From arrival to departure we had a fantastic stay at the Shilla Monogram.
Despite being between a number of developments at the time the resort was impeccably maintained and we did not notice much if any noise.
Service was outstanding, the concierge service can arrange any trips or activities(for a reasonable price) and the hotel staff were very accommodating.
I would recommend heading to Danang and Hoi An from the resort. The kids also enjoyed the activities within the resort.

We stayed at this Hotel from 10 February for 5 nights. We had a Luxury Escapes package and could not fault the Hotel. Room Very modern, large, a large balcony overlooking the beach and was spotlessly clean. Meals Breakfast was excellent with a large array of both western and Asian foods. The juices were freshly squeezed and not some reconstituted product. The restaurant manager who I forget her name was wonderful - she spoke to us most mornings to enquire if everything was ok and whether we wanted something that wasn't included in the breakfast selections. Dinner was also very good. With some Luxury Escapes packages the choices are very limited and boring after a while. However with Shilla there were at least 12 entrees and 12 mains so options were good. Service from Phuong Tron and Chau Ngo was excellent at Bistro M. Pool Pool water a bit too warm but the service was great as was the complimentary use of the Cabanas with cold towels and water provided. Check-in/out excellent very prompt and efficient. The staff at the concierge desk Vi and Thuang (who both spoke good English) provided excellent service and helped arrange a day tour. Whilst the Hotel is a little isolated being about 25 minutes from both Hoi An and Da Nang it was a blessing, as after a day of touring with the crowds it was a please to return to some peace and quiet. Thanks Shilla Monogram for your service and would definitely recommend to others.

we bought luxury escape with family upgrade connecting room for 5 nights. pick up driver tried to talk us into visiting some gift shops on the way stating room might not be available yet. check in was fast and efficient. Massage service not available, yet up and running. we spent our first dinner debating with the service staff why my 2 kids 5 and 3 not covered in the dinner deal since we paid for 2 rooms! The dining service is appalling! 2 family 11 orders can’t be that hard to remember, foods came out to wrong people then we sit and waited forever to sign the docket to leave! we got told it’s inclusive in the package but some were listed with prices because they can’t check through the system as $0! weird! last night we left the restaurant, 9:40 pm someone knocked on our door asking us to sign the bill for a glass of wine they forgot get us to sign! wth! today we left the room all day back at 5pm and room was being cleaned! 6:20pm housekeeping asking to turndown awaiting for us to say not required! so so poor! i hate to say! it’s a high rise building with small rooms and newish feature but stay elsewhere better service and better experience! i hate my stay here! not to mention the corridor sensor lights literally on every time you use the bathroom! can’t switch it off! they are like spot lights! so kids and your partner all welcome to know your toilet visits

Although we rarely share our travel experiences, I have to say that the hotel we stayed at was beautiful and spotless, and the children's play area was well-equipped. The food was diverse and delicious. Above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we arrived late for check-in, Nick proactively offered us a late check-out for our family because he saw that we had a small child, even though we did not request it. I am very grateful for that. We hope to return to this place again in the future.

Shilla was a wonderful stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful around the pool, in the restauarnts, at check-in and the concierge. beautiful pool area, and abundant breakfast buffet! The rooms are well thought out with great little features such as USB charging, pools bags and slippers for beach and pool. Great wifi.

Shilla Monogram is impressive with its sophisticated and modern facilities. The hotel features a long, pristine beach offering stunning sea views from the room, was a highlight. While the sauna and pool were complimentary for guests, additional services like cabanas and the shuttle bus required a small extra fee. The hotel's culinary offerings were also delicious. Despite the staff's limited understanding of Korean, language was not a barrier as we comfortably communicated in English, and I had a great conversation with them. A special acknowledgment goes to Phuc at the Front Desk for his remarkable assistance, to Ba, the pool attendant, and Hoa, the waitress, for their outstanding service. Many thanks to Shilla Monogram and the entire team for providing us with a wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next visit!

This resort and the staff far exceeded our expectations. Although I’ve mentioned some staff in this review, all the staff were exemplary in their presentation and attitude. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Concierge Vi. Over the course of the week she arranged all our day tours and transport. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always smiling and wishing us a great stay. A fantastic ambassador for the hotel. Our drivers Chuong and Thang were both great. Very courteous, knowledgeable and happy to take us anywhere. The breakfast buffet is huge! All cuisines were catered for and the breakfast staff were bright and welcoming. The staff at M Bistro looked after us for dinner most nights. Phuong and Giani were both wonderful. Everything we ate here was fresh, delicious and made with quality local ingredients. Overall we could not fault this resort. The hotel itself is elegant, spacious, mindfully designed and impeccably clean. Added bonus was the Monogram Lounge which served complimentary beverages and snacks all day and from 5pm free flowing beer and spirits and canapés ( I believe this lounge is exclusive to some accommodation packages) The pool, gardens and grounds are immaculately maintained and with Hoi An about a 15 minute drive away we couldn’t have chosen a better spot to spend a very relaxing week. 100% recommend this Hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I booked their Stay and Golf Package for a little getaway with my mom. First of all, special shoutout to the whole staff!! All the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful, even from before the actual trip. I had a little problem before the travel date, they tried so hard to accommodate my situation. Secondly, the food was AMAZING. I had all the meals at the hotel, trying out different menus, staff were really friendly explaining the menus even gave us pictures for my mom who is not fluent in English. Their renowned breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits. I also got to try their famous Mango Bingsu- five stars!! Drinks by the pool were also great, very refreshing, staff were very attentive. Their coconut coffee blew my mind. Personally thank Ms Nhung Le for the great food experience! Last but not least, their spa and massage were also great. Very clean facility with professional masseuses. Massage was honestly little above average local price but it was definitely worth the price considering the quality. I greatly appreciate all the staff for making my first mom-daughter trip most memorable and relaxing! 💕 If you stay here, you won’t need to step a foot outside the hotel, which was exactly what my mom and I did 🤣
