Vacationed with my husband in July 2023. I really liked the hotel. We choose small hotels closer to interesting places. Akbulut is located, in our opinion, very well - away from the bustle of the city, next to a gorgeous national park and the Cave of Zeus.
Now about the hotel itself. The area is very green, many flowers. Each area (restaurant, pool, beach) is very clean, employees constantly walk around cleaning, tidying, and correcting. There are enough sun loungers on the beach and by the pool, enough for everyone.

The rooms are tired, but comfortable. There is a refrigerator, safe (for a fee), air conditioning. The air conditioner is new, you can set a comfortable temperature, it is not noisy. The TV is small, but it will do for a couple of hours before bed. Found 3 Russian channels. There are bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I don’t know whether they are replenished or not, I haven’t used them.

The guys at the reception were Akhmetdzhan and Umut. They speak Russian very well. You can ask any question, they will answer and help! Thanks a lot!

The food was perhaps not as varied as in large hotels, but it was good and tasty.

What I didn't like was the housekeeping service. Cleaning was done after lunch, when you want to relax and take a nap. And then a very noisy team of cleaning ladies swooped in, talking very loudly, slamming doors, breaking into the room, although there was a “do not disturb” sign. You can forget about sleep... in the end they cleaned well, but for some reason they didn’t touch the chrome taps in the bathroom. Unclear. Please pay attention to this service.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Normal hotel for your money. Not a large, but well-groomed area, 2-3 minutes to the sea. The beach is clean, there are always free sun loungers, and a bar with soft drinks. Entering the sea - large pebbles. There is a pier. The sea is wonderful. But it’s cool, calm in the morning, and almost always waves in the afternoon. On weekends, there are many locals on the beach without wristbands, apparently for buying drinks at the bar, they are allowed to use the beach and sun loungers.
The rooms are not large, there is a minibar with water upon arrival (then you can fill bottles with water from the vending machines), good air conditioning. Sound insulation is not very good. For some reason, cleaning is done after lunch, when you want to relax in the room. The choice of food is not large, but everything is very tasty, home-made. There are always free tables, the waiters try very hard, they clean everything quickly.
The reception staff are very friendly and promptly resolve all issues. And I was pleased that a Russian-speaking employee, Akhmet, works at the reception; this, of course, is a huge plus. This is the fourth time in this region and there have always been problems with communication, but everything is fine here. In the hammam, Anastasia gives out towels, she is also a very nice girl, she will give a lot of information about the village, how to get there, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay, despite the minor shortcomings. (paid breakfast for early check-in, one card (key) per room, cleaning in the afternoon). Solid four. I recommend this hotel to adults seeking tranquility. Children and teenagers may find it a bit boring.

I was on holiday in Akbulut at the beginning of September 2023. I liked everything very much, the hotel is for a relaxing holiday, just as I wanted.
The area is small but well maintained. There are mountains around the hotel. The views are stunning and the air is fresh. The hotel administrator Akhmet is very attentive to the hotel guests and their requests, special thanks to him.
In the restaurant the food was very tasty, home-style, as for the most dear guests, you won’t go hungry.
The beach is 3 minutes from the hotel. The beach has fresh water showers, toilets, and a bar (non-alcoholic). The beach is looked after, there is no garbage or bulls lying around in the sand, there are garbage bins, they are removed during the day and the beach is cleaned in the evening, washed, and watered the lawn.
For those who need parties at the hotel, this is not the place for you, but you can take buses to Kusadasi from there to wherever you want. There are many local restaurants and shops near the hotel. You can exchange currency at the PTT sign at the post office, next to the OK store about 10 minutes from the hotel, at the intersection where there are cash withdrawal machines, you need to go to the opposite side of the hotel and on the other side you will find a good exchange rate.
I didn’t use the SPA services, but the showers in the SPA need to be updated. This is a spa, people come for relaxation.
Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their quality service and friendly approach to hotel guests!!!!!

I spent 11 long days in this hotel with my friends. I probably won't come back here.
Very poor knowledge of English, monotonous food, rude bartenders who are supervised every evening by higher-ups in the hotel.
The word beach is too big a word for what it is intended to describe here. Descent into the water on the cobblestones. Zero beach.
The pool bar, despite the travel agency's offer, is closed for meals. Multiple shortages of drinks and alcohol. Only local alcohols, no other alcohol can be purchased for money. It closes permanently at 11 p.m. and the lights are turned off at 11:45 p.m. to send everyone to their rooms.
In addition, beer mugs marked "Ephesus" were collected, washed and reused.
Asking for a drink (or something similar, because the amount of alcohol in a glass is negligible) in a glass is almost a miracle.

One advantage of all this is a super cool animator who, like an animator, is supposed to provide entertainment for the guests. But after a long conversation, this is a person who has completed two faculties, including one in history. We went on a trip to Ephesus with him. The difference between his stories and those of trained guides is unearthly.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful surroundings. The service was really friendly. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. But unfortunately that's where the positives end. After arrival, we were given a room in the basement, where we were guaranteed that the next day we would get a normal room because the hotel was overcrowded. Unfortunately, only after making a fuss, we were given the final room for the 3rd day. The room in the basement was dark, very noisy due to the ventilation of the entire hotel and the windows were at grass level, so the curtains had to be closed all the time to prevent anyone from looking in. The basement corridor was without light in the evening, so without a flashlight it was a disaster... Unfortunately, it didn't end there. The hotel dies at 11 p.m. and the garden lights are turned off. They were able to turn off the lights even when guests were sitting at tables and talking. There was never a loud noise, and yet we were asked to leave like that. In the evening you will get one drink at the bar, because they no longer give two drinks per person. It's OK during the day, but in the evening if someone wants to stay longer, there is no such option. The manager of this hotel is a disaster... One day, when there were a lot of complaints about the hotel, the boss turned off the WiFi in the hotel for the whole day so that no one could contact the travel agency. The hotel employee received an order from the boss to start watering the grass by the beach while we were lying on it. Unfortunately, when we returned to the sun loungers, we had ankle-deep water under us and our shoes were drowned. The hotel does not care about guests having a good time. Sometimes we felt like we were unwelcome there... And we weren't the only ones who felt this way, because we talked to other guests who also had complaints about the hotel. Treating guests this way does not bode well for the future of this hotel. The food was okay, although there were some rotten fruits. High monotony of meals.

An intimate hotel, with a small but sufficient beach and pier.
Beautiful view of the Greek island of Samos.
Beach close to the hotel.
The service was excellent.
Regards, Hasan.
Unfortunately, we were the first tourists in this hotel this summer and experienced many repairs (pier, beach rooms, poolside), pool water was freezing (the pool was filled 2 days before our arrival). They built a volleyball court in front of the hotel guests. Generally, the hotel was not prepared for the season. I do not recommend visiting at the beginning of the season.
There was no light in the room when checking in, so I got the worst room in the hotel, no welcome water.
The food was very good, although monotonous.
Very small, I would say no selection of spirits. Limited alcohol, tasteless.
Proximity to the park and local culture.
The overall impression is average, the advantage of the hotel is its location - if someone wants peace and quiet, they will find it here. If you like fun, this hotel is not for you.
It's strange, but we want to return to this place someday.

We were with family in this hotel in August 2020 during covid limits, and everything was awesome. There are a lot of places on the beach, some activities like volleyball, dancing etc. Food is ok for 4-star hotel in that region. Bus to Kusadisi can stop just near the hotel, big park with beaches is in 10mins by legs.
So, I can reccommend that hotel for a 1-week holiday.

we arrived at the hotel at 2.00 a.m., no meal planned, poor breakfast, the same every day, dinner two meats, previously fried fries, lukewarm, rubbery, rice pasta. Dinner is similar to lunch, fruit: apple, watermelon, peach, sometimes melon. The canteen had all the windows and doors open, no air conditioning because it was turned off when it was over 40 degrees, sweat was pouring out. The pool bar was open from 10.00, there were over half an hour breaks after lunch and dinner. Alcohol: Uzo vodka, Gin, white and red wine, beer, no drinks. After dinner, on a bar stool. One of the owners sat down and watched the bartender to make sure he didn't pour much alcohol, so we drank a cola tonic. The older gentleman, I think the owner, walked around the square and looked at what the guests were doing, he didn't smile or say hello. We had an economical room, the same as our friends who bought a better standard. Small swimming pool + paddling pool for children without any attractions. The surroundings of the hotel have a lot of greenery, well-kept, but in the evening insects wanted to eat us, and spraying from time to time was enough. Beach with grass and sand. , there are no water shoes at the seaside because there are only stones. Back to time At 12.00 we left the room, at the reception they took ALL wristbands so as not to drink alcohol, as much as you can drink at the airport in the country, there was a car waiting in the parking lot to go home. We have been to Turkey many times and have never experienced such stinginess at every turn. I have no idea where such good reviews come from!

We rested with the family 2 adults + 2 children from 23.08.2024 to 02.09.2024. Flew from Minsk there 6 hours, back 5 to/from Bodrum airport. Transfer takes 1.5-2 hours.
We were last here in 2018. Since then, the hotel has just been transformed. There is a gentrified beach area (beds with mattresses, umbrellas, a large covered bar in the form of a wooden terrace, a pier with sunbeds and tables, evening lighting, a swing overlooking the sea and a swing directly into the sea. You can come in the morning and admire the beautiful Aegean Sea until night. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
They lived in a room on the second floor, for adults a large double bed, for children a bunk bed. The room is clean and neat, with updated furniture, curtains and plumbing. Everything was working. The balcony was facing out, from where music from a nearby recreational area rattled in the evenings. Cleaning is good.
Restaurant. It's great. The food is delicious, varied. For breakfast all kinds of eggs (cooked, fried, omelets, in the form of roulettes), cereal, milk, yogurt, fried pancakes, fresh vegetables, stewed vegetables with sausages, ham, olives, etc. Lunches/dinners are also great, different meats, side dishes, for dinner almost every day fish. French fries in general were almost always for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the pleasure of the children ))
There was no animation in the Day 2 hotel when we arrived. We got really upset, but then animators Manan (Manan) and Omer showed up. Great guys, all kinds of activities appeared: on the beach darts, morning gymnastics, volleyball, on the grounds: water polo in the pool, table tennis tournaments, evening children's and adult disco.
During the holiday we visited the Zeus Cave, is within walking distance of the hotel, took a walk to the first beach of Milli Park (it is a protected reserve with a unique nature), and also took a sea trip from the local port. One night you come, pick a ship, sign up, and the next day you enjoy a boat trip along Millie Park with stops for swimming in picturesque places.
In general, the holiday in Akbulut very enjoyed both adults and children, no one wanted to leave ))
And lastly, we had a night flight, picked up from the hotel at 10.50 p.m. At the same time, we checked out of the room at 12.00, but until the very departure we continued to use the hotel, and had lunch and dinner, and entertained until the very departure.
Thank you to Akbulut and his excellent staff for our wonderful holiday!!!

Honestly, I have mixed feelings after staying at this hotel. Starting with the pros:
- a very nice beach with a pier, there are plenty of sun loungers, there are no problems finding a free sun lounger,
- very nice service during meals, always smiling, as do the bartenders,
- clean rooms, cleaned every day,
- quiet area, close to the National Park, Cave of Zeus, shops near the hotel,
- a wonderful animator Menderes, a positive person who tries to talk to everyone, organizes various games :)
Now moving on to the minuses:
- drink bar, that's too much to say, the only choices are vodka, gin, beer, which can be combined with Sprite or Pepsi and syrups such as grenadine, watermelon, so the selection of drinks is zero, the pool bar is closed for meals, you can order then drinks in the canteen, but there are no syrups,
- food, especially breakfast, monotonous, small selection,
- during organized games you can win a massage at the spa, then you can choose either a short one for free or a longer one with a discount, after choosing the short one for free, the lady told me to pay 10 euros for it anyway, it was difficult to communicate as the English language is poor,
- which surprised me very much, on the last day we had access to the room until 12.00, after checking out, our all-inclusive wristbands were removed, we could still eat dinner, but we could no longer use the bar, this was the first time I had encountered something like this. Moreover, we wanted to go to the beach, and the gentleman started to ask us to leave because we did not have wristbands, our explanations that it was our last day were of little use, because the gentleman did not understand what we were saying to him in English, so the situation at check-out was unpleasant, when returning the card to the room, the gentleman at the reception said that I had to pay 100 lira for the Turkish coffee that was ordered, I did not order any coffee, I suspect that either someone misunderstood the room number or wrote it down incorrectly, instead of explaining it situation, the gentleman started rolling his eyes at the other employee, it was not a pleasant feeling.
To sum up, the hotel certainly does not deserve 4 stars, maybe a few years ago, it was not my first stay in Turkey, so I have comparisons between other hotels, unfortunately I cannot fully recommend it.

Takie to oto jest all inclusive. Aaaaa plaża nie istnieje ponieważ są same kamienie wejście do morza same kamienie albo stary masakryczny pomost . Fujjj . Na basenie nie sprzątają , pełno mrówek , kubków porozwalanych wszędzie , zero popielniczek więc kiepy wszędzie . Ogólnie syf kiła i mogiła .

The hotel is on the coast it took us about 2 hours 30mins from the airport an back again. The views on the way are amazing an you have a pit stop for refreshments but don't be forced to buying anything as the drivers know the service station stop an use travellers to buy food drinks which is fine if your hungry but they become rude if you don't.but it's worth getting out the car to take pictures of the mountains an to stretch your legs. It is worth the journey as the hotel was amazing and friendly. I hope this helps in making your choice.
