The hotel is located by the beach but not in the best area. Older place overall but the rooms have been renovated. The receptionist was rude and didn’t want even to try solving the issue. When you come by politely and hear back sharp denial it leaves bitter taste. That’s not what calls hospitality.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was really kind and affable, always there to help with a smile on the face. The food was good, variable. The rooms were clean. The private beach was ok, the only problem was that it was too small. Rhe only problem is the location which isn't in the actual resort, it's like 20 km away from Kusadasi, but at least it's really quiet. I really enjoyed the staying!

Absolutely love place. Just steps away from a private beach with available deck chairs for visitors and a stunning view all around. Also includes a pool, table tennis, mini golf and spa. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner available with great quality food and live music played every evening. Lovely staff and such a family friendly atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing summer holiday.

We have just come back home after having spent a week at this hotel. It was brilliant, all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room to a sea view, wow beautiful view and lovely room, spotless clean and space and storage for everything. Food was excellent, different hot meal every evening and the Turkish mazes were delicious, my favourite, really nice soup. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to stay there again.

After reading the reviews I must say we was a little anxious about this holiday, however we was pleasantly surprised. I don’t see why so many negative comments have been made. Ok, so it really depends on what you want from a holiday. We wanted a cheap week away in the sun to chill out. And it is exactly what we got. The hotel is in a quiet spot in a small town, it is well presented, clean and we found ALL of the staff friendly and helpful. I won’t hide the fact it was populated by many Germans, Russians, French and the Turks. I’m not sure how this would change in high season, but all staff we encountered spoke enough English to get by. I may say we all need to make the effort with the local language when we visit foreign shores. You may need it when you venture into the small town. Food! It was average. You won’t starve. Typical all inclusive fare. Some you will avoid, some you will love. Great desserts!! Beer is tuborg ( had worse) local wines, raki, vodka and gin ( that’s about it ). Export drinks are freely available. Rooms! Modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained. No issues with cleaning services. We had a sea view room, stunning view. The opposite side looks over another hotel so not so stunning!! Small pool, grassed lounge area. Pebble beach ( buy sea shoes) paddle get out 5 -10 metres to hit sand. Good walks in the evening, not a great deal to do in the evening ( not sure about high season). Town about ten minute walk with restaurants, a few bars, supermarkets, bike hire. Monday is market day, worth an hour of your life. Marina 10 minute walk. Long beach (pebbles) 30 minute walk, keep walking to get to sandy beaches. (No shops line the beach, there is the occasional bar and restaurant. National Park (milipark) 30 minute walk. Dolmas to Kusadasi 6tl, catch on main road. Takes 40 minutes. Great for nosey tourists. The only really annoying point was that at school closing and weekends the local teenagers would converge on the exclusive beach and pier. I’m not sure I’d take the kids as activities are very limited but a great adult getaway. We hope that you enjoy as we did
