We stayed for a week and the accomodation exceeded our expections. We had the garden room which had the added bonus of outside seating space for relaxing. Everything was good as was the huge breakfast- all credit to Phil. The bus stop right outside meant you could travel to St.Ives or Penzance and if you have a bus pass travel is free. Can thoroughly recommend the restaurant La Cassita which is about two minutes away and because it is good it is very popular so advisable to book. Lastly, Sharon was on hand throughout the day for advice when needed in respect of booking a taxi etc.

Very comfortable and excellent breakfast. Best thing is location which is near buses to St Ives 5 mins, Penzance 20 mins,(from there 15 mins to Mousehole) Marazion 25 mins for St Michels Mount, St Erth station 10 mins. Coming from Paddington you can get off here and take cute train to Carbis or the bus to Longstone Cross which is right opposite the B&B. Lovely beach close by and an easy walk downhill to Carbis beach and then carry on for a coastal path walk to St Ives around 25 mins. Very enjoyable restaurant across the road La Cassita. Will definitely be back.

We stayed just one night, but could easily have stayed longer. This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming B&B. Our room was small (as stated when booked), but beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom, having both a bath and shower. Larger rooms are available. The breakfast and hospitality were both excellent - highly recommended.

What can I say that has not been said already. Sharon and hubby were really lovely and friendly, nothing was ever to much trouble. Room was very clean and welcoming . Breakfast was incredible and made with great local produce. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year and we get to stay in the beautiful log cabin, we cant wait for next year.

My partner and I arrived on Friday 9th August at around 3pm. Check in wasn't until 4pm but when we arrived they had already prepared our cabin and let us check in. We were greeted by the two owners. They were very welcoming. We were taken straight to our Cosy Cabin. It was located in the back garden which was stunning and well looked after. The Cabin was the perfect size. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. The facilities were great. We had a large flat screen smart telly which also had Netlfix, Hair dryer, fridge freezer, two sinks and also Wifi. The Wifi speed wasn't great but i think that was due to the bad weather. We requested an iron adn they delivered it to our door. The bed is very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep on both nights. We were told our breakfast slot which was 9am. This was great as this meant we had a lie in. Breakfast was served in the rear of the main building. The quality of the food was impeccable. I had the full English and my partner had a veggie breakfast which was also great. If you are not hungry they offer cereals and yogurts. Considering there is only 3 people serving breakfast it ran very smoothly. There was an awkward family changing orders and were quite rude in my opinion but i think they dealt with the situation perfectly. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. Fantastic service spotlessly clean and great hosts. We will 100% be coming back to stay in the near future.
