This is a very basic hotel. The room is very simple - there was a safe which was fine. There was only one toilet roll provided and also no towels, the a/c is quite loud, there are no toiletries provided in the room like shower gels etc, and no mini Bar. There was seating outside the room which was nice and the garden area is kept nice too. But it is very very loud, the location is great as it’s a few minutes walk down to the beach and you are close to many restaurants and bars but it’s very loud ! So hard to get much sleep! I didn’t really spend much time in the hotel at all as I was out on day trips which is good. But Alona beach is great so be sure to spend some time there! The vibe is so different at daytime compared to evening but it’s a really nice beach with gorgeous clear water! I had breakfast at one of the restaurants on the beach one morning as it was a really lovely calm atmosphere. The hotels location is what makes it fab! …
My husband and I had a long drive from Tagbilaran to Panglao. The front desk woman in Paragayo resort was so welcoming that I smiled despite the tiresome trip. That's a big deal for me. The room was clean, and we never had a problem with their WiFi. I loved the fact that there are a lot of food establishments nearby. I loved the location because it probably just took us 2-3 minutes to walk from the place to the beach.
Number 1 thing best in this resort is the location. When you go out every thing is walking distance. Restaurants, bars, etc. Staffs are friendly. Room was comfortable. Cant say anything bad at all. We enjoyed our stay there.
This hotel is basic but it fits the bill. We had a medium sized room with two large twin beds, which were very comfortable. Everything is alright apart from the television and air con, both could do with an upgrade to work more efficiently. The location is ideal, right by restaurants and bars and a short walk down to Alona beach. You’re close to everything but you can’t hear much noise at all. Some of the staff were lovely and smiley, while others were quite miserable, so a mixed bag! If you’re looking for somewhere conveniently located with fairly decent facilities, here should be your pick.
Stayed in their bungalow, back part of d resort. PROS: Very good location; shops & restos in d area for everything u need; along the airport bus shuttle route; 2 mins walk to Alona Beach; away from d noisy establishments at night. Clean sheets & spacious basic rooms. Enough greens in d garden. Allows early check-in as long as there's an available room. Could have been better: Small pantry for hot water (to make coffee or instant noodles) is beside 2 toilets. Though d toilets doesnt stink & self service in d pantry is no biggie, it feels wrong for me. The compound has a decent space with gazebos in d garden, bet there's a better spot for a quaint pantry. Or grab coffee from shops nearby. Staff: Are all good & attentive, smiles & greets guest. Blaiza (Frontdesk) promptly & professionaly replies to email. Overall, comfortable stay with a good price. Thanks! ☺️…
