Very nice place with a fantastic owner, Sonja is doing everything for her guests. She was advicing where to eat and go in the area. The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. Pool area is the best part, with an open kitchen, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it.++++
Awesome accommodations to get away from everything..going in June made greater availability of the area- no crowds! Sonja is a fantastic host and carries deeply for the clients that visit..not enough words to express thanks. The room was very warm and inviting and all the convenient needs of any traveler. Can be a little confusing to get to but we managed! The pool area is to die for - can grill by the pool full meal given the kitchen! Worth discovering!!
We arrived here after a city stay in Zadar, during which time the city had the worst storm for over 30 years. Our host Sanja so concerned about the rain she invited us into her home for coffee and a chat until the sun came out. Croatian hospitality that we have become used too. We had originally booked the garden room but because of flood damage we were quickly upgraded to a large apartment which was spotlessly clean, large and comfortable with excellent finishes. Our host offered travel advice and was all around friendly but not imposing. The village of sukosan was also a quaint village and not too touristy. Whilst it was quiet there were plenty of options for food and drinks. It was also a good base for travelling to other parts of the country. Having been to Croatia before we knew where we wanted to go and had no issues getting around from sukosan. We visited the kornati islands, sibenik and krka waterfalls. All of which we would recommend. The couple of bars just off the main square and the ice cream parlour are also really nice with friendly staff! …
Stayed here in the Garden Room for our final night in Croatia before flying out from Zadar airport. We arrived early and were immediately put at ease in the beautiful surroundings. Sanja the owner went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and to point out on a map the points of interest. Our hire car was due to be returned in the evening with an early flight the next day (would have cost two taxi fares) but Sanja immediately said she would sort out its return for the next morning to save us the hassle. This she did and we were extremely grateful! The area of Sukošan is tranquil and very pretty with a marina and lots of little places to eat and visit. It's only 20 minutes to Zadar by bus or car and so enables you to easily visit and then escape again to the peace of the villa. There is a beach a 1 minute walk from the villa and for further afield Sanja kindly keeps some bicycles for the guests to use. The villa itself is beautifully maintained with a garden kitchen and honesty bar and full use of the sunny pool area. The amenities are sumptuous with a glorious rain shower and extremely comfortable bed. We cannot recommend this little haven enough to anyone. The only issue we had was that our air conditioning broke in the evening and Sanja immediately moved us to a spare apartment with her sincere apologies: not anyone's fault but testament to the immaculate hosting! The studio apartment she put us in was absolutely beautiful-next time we will book that! Thank you Sanja!…
A nice and very modern appartment. With an outstanding pool! The only thing is the town / the location. As far as I am concerned, Supetar is not a very attractive place to stay (here: even remote location to the beach), it is not such a nice and "seemingly paradise" like pice of croatia one might expect from croatia. For sure: eveyone must evaluate the role and importance of the location individually against the background of his or her individual expectations!
