Accommodations were lovely and the views gorgeous. But the meal and the staff? WOW! We were treated to a seven course meal, the first we had ever experienced. The food was amazing, but what really made the evening was the staff. They were obviously enjoying themselves as much as we were, and it made the whole experience tremendously memorable.

Welcoming, friendly with wonderful food, Ina and Kieron and family do a wonderful job. We've visited several times now around Christmas and New Year and it's always been brilliant. We're hill and high mountain walkers and birdwatchers so we head to the mountains when weather permits and when the weather is not so good, then we head to the coast... More

We met with our Scottish relatives for an outstanding meal in this wonderful hotel. While the views were wonderfull and the surrounding areas just full of magnificent colours the really outstanding memory was the food and service. We were eight people (with two being different types of vegetarian) but the five (set) courses introduced and served were some of the... More

The Hotel itself doesn't have great views as its just by the main road, but the surrounding area is stunning so a short walk can sort! Staff are wonderful and the welcome very genuine. When I visited the restuarant was closed but the bar meals really excellent and fairly priced. My room was comfortable (bed a bit creaky but part... More

I had a short break at Prince's House in June, and vowed to return next year .. but couldn't wait that long. Had another wonderful 3 night stay this time. Everything was just as good as before. A lovely warm welcome from Ina. Lovely comfortable room, excellent dinners from the bar menu. Particularly enjoyed the home made chocolate ice cream...Absolutely... More

Well appointed small hotel with excellent food in the bar and wonderful, freshly cooked breakfasts. The proprietors and staff were most friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The lady who runs this hotel and her son are absolutely charming (the son is grown) and the food is excellent, but the bed was hard as a board - I sleep on my side and my shoulder hurt the next morning! The dinner was pricey and delicious but the dining area is a bit spartan. I feel bad only... More

Great restaurant food, and also fine in the bar. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Definitely recommend the hotel. That's concisely all that I need to say. I'm only typing now because Trip Advisor requires 200 characters. They should learn the benefit of brevity

Warm welcome from delightful staff followed by a delicious dinner and equally splendid breakfast, Beautiful scenery and half an hours walk from Glenfinnan viaduct of Harry Potter fame. What's not to like?
