Excellent hotel for a cycling holiday base, Myself and a friend have just stayed here for a four day cycling break. Great hotel with great facilities for cyclists, massive bike locker downstairs with access from hotel directly down. No extra charge just 5€ deposit for key for a lock. Modern fresh rooms with plenty of room, air con in rooms. Hotel is spotless throughout and when you get up early the cleaners are everywear cleaning the public areas. Breakfast is amazing so much choice a great breakfast to fuel your riding. Cooked breakfasts cereals, fruits, breads, freshly cooked eggs juices. We really enjoyed breakfasts here one of the best of the hotels we’ve stayed in. 5 mins walk to restaurants supermarkets and the beach. Staff are really helpful reception printed some routes out for us no issues. Also on check out they can store luggage and have a room you can use for a shower. Again free of charge. This is great if you have an evening pick up then you can make the most of your last day and cycle. Great place.

From start to finish, this hotel and the staff made our holiday. Its in a superb location, a short walk from the beach and the pine walk, with fabulous views of the mountains at the back. Staff were excellent especially Rafa, entertainments organiser, he always had as smile on his face even when no-one wanted to play! Marina and all the restaurant staff were lovely, we shared tips about our mozzie bites with daily updates!, The food was lovely, always hot and plentiful, with a great choice. Special mention to Toni on reception who helped be when I was in despair with my passenger location form, The rooms are modern, extremely clean, and cared for by brilliant cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel, in the beautiful resort. I will definitely return.

Check in efficient. All information needed re: meals, menus, WiFi all accessed through qr code- site easy to navigate round. Had back room with amazing view of mountains. Rooms very clean & excellent maid service. Restaurant staff are so friendly & efficient, made our birthdays special & fun. Food as you would expect for four star hotel. Is hot, unlike some hotels. I am a cheese lover & have never seen such an amazing selection. Only ate at hotel half if stay as do like eat out, and this is ideal location to access the local bars & restaurants. This hotel has is right when it comes to drink & food pricing. Very competitive. Definitely not marked up like many hotels. Bus & taxi only five minute walk. Did not use pool area much as like to get out & about. But the adult only areas are lovely. Very comfortable loungers. Amazing team throughout. Will be back.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel. We had a wonderful time and congratulate ALL the staff for their friendliness and hard work during this difficult time. From arriving to leaving all reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean inside and out. The food in the dining room was fantastic and such a choice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. (Special thanks to Sara and the restaurant manageress). The bar staff were very efficient and friendly, we had lots of laughs with them - especially with Alberto. Special thanks to the entertainment team Rafa & Rafalito, both were so friendly and worked very hard during the day and evening entertaining both children and my husband Alex!!! Once again thank you to everyone for making it such a wonderful holiday after such a very difficult 18 months and hopefully we will be back next year!! Kind regards from us both (Room A308)

If I could rate it 3.5 I would. It’s definitely well above average but not quite perfection. Lots of positives: stylish communal areas inc a very attractive large communal courtyard with a large and inviting pool. Plenty of sun beds. Polite and professional staff especially in the restaurant. Clean rooms and nice bathroom, very convenient location. Reliable and thorough maid service. There is room for a bit of improvement though. We didn’t get a lot of info at check-in, for instance when meal times were, where things were in the hotel etc, wifi password etc so felt a little in the dark. The wifi was incredibly slow and unreliable. Decent hotel WiFi is a must these days. Lots of Spanish, German, Italian etc TV channels no British channels. I know, I know, why watch TV on hol right? But if you go out of season and it’s raining you might just want to watch a little bit of BBC once in a while lol. I upgraded to a garden suite and I was disappointed with the view which was basically facing the railings to the street and a large office building facing us. I was hoping for a garden facing the pool. The food was a bit hit and miss quality wise, some food ok but some was cold and low quality at the buffet. I got a bit bored with the breakfasts and we only ate dinner there one night. It’s a good base for PP though and as I said previously it’s one of the better places to stay in the area. The full size fridge is also useful although I did suspect it had started to over heat a little and be quite so effective after a few days. Like others have said shout out to Manuel for his kindness on checking out- letting us at least have a coffee before we caught our transfer.

Hello Alison, We thank you very much for your comments which are very helpful for us to improve... We would like to give you an answer to all your queries: - Our check-in, we think the most important thing at that moment is the efficiency since the reception is open 24 hours a day and all the information is in the QR Code of the hotel, which you get all toghether with the keycard. - You are right a decent WIFI is nowadays a must. And we have done a lot to improve our connectivity, nevertheless in stormy days there are still some momments of low connectivity that do not depend on us. - Since a few years the signal from the satellites have been weaked from UK... And it is very difficult to receive them properly specially in stormy days. However we are going to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible. - It is already possible to book a pool view room. You could book a view pool room and make the request of room on the groundfloor. We take good notice of all your comments and hope to be able to welcome you again and show you our improvements. Thank you very much and all the best.
