This is our second visit to the hotel and this time we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed, plenty of room and our apartment over looked the pool on the opposite side of the road. There was no problems at all getting a seat next to the pool at any time and we was there for 2 weeks. The bar isn't open but plenty of places to go for food and drink and the little minimarket holds lots of stock. The bar will be open again next year its just like everywhere this year is not the same as other years. The family are so lovely and will do everything they can for you should you need anything. Cant wait to return again..
We booked Hotel Panorama, after looking for what was available in Puerto de Pollenca. It was a perfect choice! A small family run hotel and adjacent apartments that are very close to the beach and a short walk in to town. There was a lovely breakfast every morning, a good cold selection plus any cooked breakfast you might like. The rooms were incredibly clean and cleaned every other day. The pool is perfect, especially as whatever time of the day there was always room and none of the annoying reservation of beds. I would recommend this any day over the bigger, more corporate options. I cannot thank the family enough for such a wonderful stay (which was so good we extended by 4 days and they honoured our original price. Thank you!
When my pal said he was booking here I said I'd join them but balked at the 27th place out of 31 tag. I looked for something nearby but came up empty handed. 'Okay, then', I thought, 'it's only 4 nights, we can put up with that'. How wrong I was. Hotel Panorama is three star, so don't go expecting the Hilton. It had a budget feel in some (not all) ways, some of the furnishings were a little 'tired' for sure. The pluses? Big fridge, good [free] aircon, great pool, comfy beds, plenty of room in the apartment, perfectly fine breakfast (not gourmet, for sure), 5 mins to the beach, 10 mins to the centre and its amenities. We paid £102 a night for a poolside spot with decent outdoor seating area, our pals paid about £70 for the 2nd floor. I'd happily stay there again. Staff were helpful (though reception shut at 2.00 you could phone them to open up). Safes were located in reception. Bar was shut due to covid, but there's no shortage of bars nearby. To summarise; really, really good.…
We have stayed at Hotel Panorama/Don Miguel Apartments for the last few years. It is exactly what you need for a holiday with an ideal location. The beach is a very short walking distance with a local supermarket and bar just next door. The owners are extremely lovely and accommodating. The rooms are clean and simple providing a safe place for you to sleep. The owners and staff were extremely aware of the covid situation with all safety measures in place. Please don’t be put off, the majority of restaurants and bars are open!
Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Near the beach. Very clean rooms and overall good value nice family run hotel. Lacked a few things in room e.g hair dryer and rooms though very clean and comfy a bit basic. Breakfast could be better, when things ran out not replenished.
