Love this hotel. Went with my grandchildren 2 and 6 plus daughter son in law and my sister. We stayed last year and had a fabulous time and we weren't disappointed this year. We were made welcome by Steff on reception all he staff were always very helpful. We had a view over the poolside, room was comfortable and kept very clean. We stayed bed, breakfast and evening meal which worked well for us. The meals were buffet styled and delicious. The staff in dining room always so welcoming and loved making a fuss of the children. Big thanks to Yolanda especially. We just missed seeing the waterpark open last year and the children loved spending time there. The entertainment for the children was brilliant. Roberto and his co-worker were both fabulous. The mini disco was the highlight of the evening for the children, even the two year old knew all the actions to the dances by the end of our 9 nights. 10.30 am we had outside yoga lead by Roberto just wonderful being outside in the sun stretching for half an hour. Deb was the Jet2 rep and was at hand to check in with good local knowledge about the area. Hotel situated a minute from beach which was nice clean and safe. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely place to stay. We went on public transport two days to Alcudia and Pollensa Town pretty towns with lovely historical buildings. 365 steps to go up to see the view from Calvary Chapel well worth going in Pollensa Town. Something for us all to do happy family memories made

Hotel's Favorite
Just returned from 1 weeks all inclusive with my husband and two children (7 and 2). Our room was lovely and clean, lovely balcony with pool view. Kids pool is amazing with plenty to entertain kids with the slides ect, lots of sun loungers never an issue to get one, on site park is also a hit with the kids to play on the equipment and some football. Staff friendly and approachable always happy to help. Brilliant location for hotel, beach opposite, few supermarkets straight outside, then further down the road about 20-30 min walk beautiful restaurants and bars. Breakfast good, cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, cereals, pancakes with chocolate spread (big hit with the kids) Pool food- not good same food everyday in the buffet, chicken nuggets, burgers, chips and hotdogs not very good quality food of any of them, the restaurant lunch is fine pizza, pasta, salad ect just means getting kids dried and changed to go in. Evening meal- again plenty to choose from, ok if your not a fussy eater always pasta, chips, pizza, fish, potatoes and some fresh meat cooking, salad, typical all inclusive food, we ate out 3 nights. Drinks are great no problems with these and ice creams available round the pool. Recommend booking into the yellow bar restaurant we had Mexican night which was lovely and part of the all inclusive. Last but not least the best part of the holiday was the entertainment team who were out of this world, lots of fun activities all day and night, mini disco brilliant, always remembers children’s names, eager to get the kids up and to join in. You made our holiday :) they work so so hard and always with a big big smile on their faces. Celia and Chris especially!! Would recommend!

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, perfect in every way. I paid extra for a sea view room which was lovely, and worth the extra money. Our room was not one which has been updated but it still looks good, and of a good, clean standard. The view from the window to the mountains is equally impressive. The hotel is situated at one end of Pollensa, a two minute walk from the beach with Spar shops very close by. The gardens, like the hotel are well maintained, and everywhere immaculate and spotlessly clean. There are 3 lifts which were always in constant use including cyclists loading bikes into them, and when one didn't work an engineer was soon there fixing it. Food is presented well, the kitchen spotless and all diets catered for, although the tea bags are not great (please invest in some decent tea bags such as Yorkshire tea!) Entertainment was a hoot with Roberto and his assistant who both kept the kids entertained with all sorts of activities from archery to yoga - all good fun. Evenings had guest singers, the Olly Murs tribute was again, superb! Extra thanks to Vanessa and Jaime on reception, and Elena - one of the management team - who looked after us marvellously we had an issue. The staff are all lovely, helpful and swift to whisk plates away at meal times. The pool is huge but not heated so was freezing but I suspect in summer would be lovely to take a dip in. Room keys are a little plastic tag attahed to your wrist band, which is a fantastic idea, and meant I didn't lose a key! As someone who suffers ADHD and can never remember where my key is this was a massive bonus!! When we stayed, the hotel was full of cyclists and mostly men of a certain age. When the lift engineer was there and none working we took the stairs. I have mid teenage children but was bowled out the way by inpatient lycra clad cyclists trying to get down stairs faster. They also nearly knocked a little girl flying trying to negotiate the stairs in front of us. They were not mindful of their language in front of young children, sentences peppered with profanities, clearly not bothered by their young audiences. It would be good for hotel staff to remind cycling guests about this being a family hotel when booking in and we don't all want to listen to them swearing! Things I found a challenge - the safe was a bit dodgy and unreliable but was reported to the hotel. When you arrive you get handed a card either a QR code on which tells you everything you need to know, which is OK if you can get it to work! I couldn't so spent the week not knowing half I should have. In my ideal world a paper print out would be useful for us dinosaurs. If Jet2 continue to use this wonderful hotel in a fantastic setting we will be back like a shot. From the other pick ups/drop offs we did, we know we were definitely in the best hotel! Thanks to all the dtaff there who made our holiday so amazing!! We hope to be back 🤞

Just got back from a solo 4 day cycling holiday here, 2nd time in Mallorca and this is definitely my favourite location to stay, hotel very clean, quiet and the food half board was really good too. I was out for about 5-6 hours cycling every day, but everything was cleaned when I get back in my room. I actually messed my booking flight dates up and should have been here the week before for the hotel, I only realised the day they were expecting me, but the hotel said it was no problem and me arriving a week later was ok. Adam at Mallorca Cycling on the lower floor of the building helped as well, mechanic, bike hire and cycling tours are all easily organised. I loved the hotel that much, I'm definitely coming back to stay here as couldn't fault anything, probably bring the wife and 6 year old son as well in the Summer time and get a few early rides in. Looked to have a good set up for kids around the pools for when it's warmer and more in season. Great to see lots of other cyclists there too, you don't feel so strange walking through the hotel with your bike or in your cycling gear.

We originally booked for 3 nights but extended our stay to 7 nights because we enjoyed our holiday so much. The hotel staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Roberto (Entertainment) who even took us to Cap de Formentor on his day off! which was so kind, Maria (Restaurant) who was always friendly and informative, Jaune (Bar) who was the nicest barman we’ve ever met and Elena (Hotel Deputy Manager) who we enjoyed great conversations with. The food is great with so much choice on the buffet - there’s something for everyone (and I’m really picky). The rooms were clean and comfortable with super views (8th floor). The pool area is large with lots of loungers. We look forward to returning in the Autumn.

We have been here several times in the past, good base for cycling. In the process of refurbishing, should have stayed closed until finished. Paid for superior room upgrade but waste of money , no where to put clothes. Shower leaking , reported, No English tv until last day. Small table also arrived but still no drawers for clothes, loads of cardboard boxes around with furniture waiting to be put into rooms. Pool unheated and freezing , lots of food but all fairly bland

Before I begin let me say that we have been coming to this hotel for years and are here now. We even email ahead and ask for our favoured room. We arrived yesterday to be told that we cannot have our room as it is being refurbished (along with all the rooms in the hotel). We were given a room on floor 5 which has been refurbished and is now a superior room. We got there to discover that the old rooms are completely redone in half the hotel , mostly in black with new windows (good), new bathrooms (brilliant) and new bedrooms ( in my opinion unfit for purpose) . The clothes hanging is much smaller and still open. There are no drawers and 4 shelves each only big enough for an ornament in my opinion. Where hanging, drawers and shelves used to be is now a small built in bench seat. We are here for a fortnight and there was no way to find anywhere to put our stuff unless we put cases on the seat and lived out of them! We talked to reception and I’m afraid asked for an old room which is smaller than anticipated but has all the required places to put stuff! I’m really upset as we paid for a slightly larger room. However what really upsets me is that I feel we can no longer come each year to this otherwise great hotel as we can no longer deal with the rooms. So sad x Note - others have made the same comment and a pair here for a week are indeed living out of their suitcases x

Its a good hotel, but the experience was very negative due to the fact that the company/ Hotel now seem to put themselves before the customers, i guess if you have a guarenteednumber of visitors each year, this can happen, many rooms not up to standard, and information about pricing was not fully comunicated by Jet 2. I believe new rooms are being made available 2024, and boy are they needed, at its best this was a great place to be, but Cabot have not maintained the standard of Fergus Style, drinks on the inclusive menu are awful, ask for a red wine , you get cheap sangria, etc. food is decent but not as good as it previously was and I ate locally often as the repetition was tiresome, in the canteen like restaurant, dont get me wrong , fabulous new kids pool, and big general pool, lovely foyer and seating areas, close to the stunning beaches, but having been there many times the place needs better rooms, better food and drinks and a real management shake up. Will i go back, yes but im reluctant to pay premium prices for a hotel that as i said puts its own requirements before customers, lets hope next time round it has improved, the entertainment which i avoid used to be ok and varied forfamilies, including mine, less so now, anyway we shall see, you will love being here, but might choose to eat out and pay for drinks that used to be on the includive menu. Finally don't accept any old room, youll be paying a lot to be here, and corners are obviously being cut its a shame as ive neen in many glorious hotels and still love this one, maybe im wishing for days gone by!
