Stayed in apartments in August 2020. Whilst the apartments are fairly small, the space was fine for a family of four as the sofas convert into beds easily. The pool is also fairly small but given the wide and beautiful beach is directly opposite the road it was more than enough for us.

An easy walk into the main town within fifteen minutes but far enough away if you want peace and quiet. A couple of friendly bars and restaurants within five minutes walk if you don’t want to go far.

Port de Pollenca generally a great resort and ideal location for visiting the beautiful NW corner of the island.

Highly recommended.

* May 2024, temp never dropped below 22 and reached 29. Lovely - Paid less than £1700 family 4 inc flights.
* Apartment is small but Family 4 was fine, 2 single beds, and 2 sofa bed arrangement. Aircon works well. Lovely Balcony view onto the pool and ocean. Has very basic cooking facilities, no oven, just microwave and hob. Bathroom has good shower, etc as you would expect. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is kept clean and tidy. The pool is clean and the area around it gets lent of sun, with Shaded options, I would book a ground floor next time, your patio is so close to the pool perfect for kids hopping in and out. Generally nice quiet well mannered environment.

* Location is excellent, right underneath very good spa that have fresh baguettes, baked goods every day this was excellent and very reasonable.
*Beach is on your doorstep, the water is crystal clear and the whole area is nice and clean. Can spend all day there, especially with the apartments so close.

The promenade is flat and has a nice very walkable stretch into the town, all along there are lovely places to eat, supermarkets, and shops, plenty of choice, walk a a street or 2 inwards and even more again. The square is a great place to dine out, people are really friendly and welcoming, the Harbour/Marina whatever you want to call it, is really nice, again nice places to eat and take a stroll.
Whole environment felt friendly and safe ad accessible for strollers, wheelchairs etc.

This is NOT a club 18-30 resort with drunks everywhere and people shouting obscenities, plenty of places to have a drink it just doesn't attract that crowd thankfully., this is a grown up, family friendly environment with a blend of families and mature couples. It's a little gem of a place, can't wait to go back.

Just got back from a lovely stay here. It’s a perfect location with the beautiful beach directly opposite and the centre 5- 10 minute flat walk away. Sun beds in the beach were £20 for three beds and an umbrella for the day. The apartments are basic but have everything you need in it and are bright and airy. The manager was extremely helpful during our stay and couldn’t do enough especially when we had problems with
Our transport back to the airport. There is a supermarket right by it which was very useful. My only negative was there weren’t enough pillows but that’s a small thing really. Would I stay again ? Absolutely !

These apartment's are reasonably priced in a great location directly opposite the beach. However, sadly the standard of maintenance in the room we stayed in left a lot to be desired. The toilet seat wasn't properly fixed onto the bowl, the metal transition strip in the shower had completely come away, the kitchen kickboards were hanging off and the socket and light fittings weren't flushly secured. Not to mention the fact that we had a kettle that continually tripped the electrics everytime it was turned on. The fridge in the apartment was old and took more than a day to chill anything, the TV reception was poor and the standard of WiFi was atrocious and practically unusable. Also, upon arrival I was shocked to discover that the only thing securing the double doors to the balcony was a 5mm metal pin. Given the fact that we were only staying on a first floor apartment next to a single storey roof, this is glaring security risk. I have no problem with a self-catering holiday apartment being basic, because all you really need is a clean and well maintained space. Disappointingly we got neither for our money. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone unless the owners make some drastic changes.

The location of the hotel is excellent; right at the beach and within walking distance to town. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff.
The apartment was in need of some renovation; floor was not in the best condition, beds were in my opinion very uncomfortable, shower hade spots of black mold, the sofa beds could do with new textiles and curtains and bedspreads could do with a proper washing. They did not look as crisp as in the pictures.
The front door and the look was not functioning well.
The wi-fi worked perfect as long as you stood right next to the front door, close to the reception. Otherwise it did not work at all.
We stayed in a ground floor apartment, which was perfect. The grass was however not cut in front of our apartment, or the one next to us.
Pool area was nice, sunbeds a bit dated. Outdoor space (balcony) had nice furniture.
I would consider staying again, if it´s only for one week. Mainly due to the excellent location. If the hotel was renovated I would most definetly stay again.

We found the hotel through a booking agency. According to the pictures, the rooms looked nice and newly renovated. We were very surprised when we arrived. The rooms were old and smelled like mould. My daughter, who has asthma, could not breathe. We were promised that the hotel had 24/7 hour reception service. That was certainly not the case. We waited in the middle of the afternoon for more than 2 hours and no one was there. Ultimately, we had to leave. We have contacted the booking agency who keeps telling us they cannot get in contact with the hotel. We have tried to get a refund for 6 months. Still no reply. Do not ever book this hotel!!!!!

Initially attractive in appearance, in a great location and the balcony with sea view was great. Valentina, who welcomed us, was lovely.
However, look behind that and to say the place is tired is an understatement, it’s exhausted.
Numerous small things added together made for a very frustrating experience.
Leaking shower, sticking entrance door and completely useless Wi-Fi, which is inexcusable.
If our room was anything to go by whole place could do with some serious TLC.
Disappointing as it could be so much better.

There is a laundry to use as needed..and lots of shops around and good restaurants all around.. The staff were lovely and very helpful. and the location is perfect.. would we fo back..YES.. out of 10 !! 9.5-10..

Friendly ,clean ,tidy apartments in need of TLC as others have said previously.

Staff friendly, but their presence in reception is a bit hit and miss, but they do respond if you leave them notes.

Good location for beach, shops , bars.

Small intimate pool area not suitable for small children or grown up loud mouthed idiots.

I disagree with the adverse comments about the manager being grumpy, he’s actually committed and very helpful. A case of grumpy is what grumpy gets.

I visited here with my daughter and really had the best time! The location of the apartments is second to none and the view from our room was just amazing. Staff were friendly and efficient and the apartment had everything we needed. Showers were great and thank goodness for the air-con as it was very hot during the time of our visit. The beach was perfect and where we spent most of our time. Food at the local restaurants was very good too. We will be back I just wish we could have stayed for longer!
