We have just returned from a wonderful, peaceful two week holiday. As a wheelchair user, I requested a ground floor, pool facing room and this is what I got. Check in is at Flora hotel some 100m away and the lovely Caroline even pushed my wheelchair back to Massol. Most of our days were spent in the shade around the pool, only a few steps from our room. Half the time we were on our own at the pool, shearing it with the odd pigeon. Breakfast was a simple affair, with a fresh baguette from the bakers 200m away. 400 to 500m gets you to the beach where the the tourist bar restaurants flourish but we enjoyed the more local ones just a little way inland. Happy days.

Amazing location - Spar around the corner and beach/restaurants 5 mins walk. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and modern with everything we needed, we requested a ground floor pool view room and this is what we were give . The pool was great and we also spent some time over at Flora which was fab, kids loved the kids club and pools.

We stayed at the Massol apartments in September for 10 nights. We have never been to Majorca before. We arrived and went to the main hotel Flora where we checked in. The receptionist took us just a very short walk to the Massol apartments. We had room 2g. I was very impressed. It was very modern. Had everything we needed. Only thing I missed was a cloth to wash up and a tea towel but that was ok. The walk in modern shower was lovely. Everything we needed in the kitchen…kettle toaster even an iron in the bedroom wardrobe and it had a hairdryer in the kitchen. We never used the job in the kitchen as we bought lunch from the local Spa or from a local Deli who did very nice baguettes with all sorts of filling plus a lot of other things. We were on the second floor with a side pool view and a very nice Mountain View to the front. We are out every evening. Only a short walk to all the restaurants. Very short walk to the lovely beach and the very nice pine walk which we walked on quite a lot during the day and at night where some of the restaurants are. A lot of the restaurants are just on the sea front. I would recommend the Massol Apartments and the area. We also did a lot of walking. The photos are from our balcony x

If you want to sleep in a place where you wake up in the morning with woodlice crawling in your bed, then this is the place to come! They seem to be everywhere, and all the time! I have honestly seen and thrown out over 100!!? In the bathroom there are silverfish, a clear sign of bad hygiene. The floors have not been washed since day one of us being here, the cleaners just seem to change towels and make the beds. Disgusting!!!!!!

👍🏻 Welcoming and friendly reception & bar team. 👍🏻 Massol is situated within a quiet area, so don't get much, if at all, disturbances. 👍🏻 Nice views of the hillsides and plenty of sunshine all day. 👍🏻 Nice onsite swimming pools, both at the main Reception/Apartment area and off site Apartments. 👍🏻 Secure complex (CCTV, locked gates)
Con's:
👎🏻 Very basic rooms, no TV in bedroom, mouldy in places. 👎🏻 Stained pillows. 👎🏻 No chance of a peaceful lie in bed with noisy housekeeping (chatting loudly and dragging furniture along the floor which echoes to other rooms). 👎🏻 WIFI is shocking, poor signal & kept disconnecting from devices and/or switching off. 👎🏻 No actual entertainment onsite, there's 2 pool tables for the adults and a few arcade games for kids and that's it.

As regular visitors to Puerto Pollensa we decided to stay at Massol Apartments for a change in order to be close to the seafront. We had stayed there once before but it was quite a few years ago. It did mean, however, that we knew pretty much what to expect and we weren't disappointed. The apartments have obviously been refurbished since we were last there: they are comfortable without being flashy. We were very happy with our top floor apartment looking across to the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the proximity of the "bypass" didn't bother us at all. The only time we heard any real noise was when the children of the primary school across the way had their morning break. Had we wanted to we could have used the facilities of the "mother" apartments at Flora, but we much preferred the more relaxed atmosphere at Massol. We had everything we needed including efficient wifi. Massol will definitely be high on our list for future visits to Puerto Pollensa.

We had a lovely stay in a 1 bed apartment. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The area was quiet but very close to shops and the supermarket. There was a Spar just down the road. The beach & promenade with amazing restaurants was just 6 mins walk. There was plenty of free parking on the road just outside the apartments. Easy access to the main road to go out of town to explore. The apartment itself served our purpose. It was clean, bright & spacious. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Shower pressure was strong. The bed was perfectly firm & pillows were super comfy. We had some great sleeps. It only being a 2 star meant there were a few household amenities not in the apt like an iron but we enquired at reception and borrowed one from there. There was a built in rail on the balcony to dry stuff but would have liked an additional drying rack as felt there wasn't enough space. All in all excellent value for money.

Having previously stayed at the sister apartments, Flora, this year we stayed at Massol. The one bed apartment suited our family of 4 really well. Two single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge. In the Flora it was a sofa bed and a pull out truckle bed, so Massol felt like everyone got a proper bed. The bathroom was also bigger than Flora, but at the Massol the bathroom did not have an external window, so at times smelt a bit musty. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We ate breakfast and prepared lunch there most days and then went out for dinner. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the Pine Walk and the fabulous restaurants. Also a 5 minute walk to the square for market day.
There’s a Spar two minutes round the corner which was really convenient, or a slightly further walk to Eroski.
The pool is a good size relative to the number of apartments, although you can also use the pool area at Flora, which we did a couple of times.
The apartments are rated as ‘2 key’ so are more functional as a base rather than being an experience in themselves, but when you’re out and about all day, that’s all that’s needed. The area felt safe, and we would return.

Perfect for the port and pine walk and all amenities. Basic but all you need. very nice walk in shower and comfy beds sofas telly and fridge etc with a spa supermarket nearby. Been coming for 2 years now and will continue. You can use the Flora if you want for their bar restaurant and bigger pool

We booked direct and requested a quite apartment and were allocated 2b. Whilst it was a bit of a struggle up the stairs with the case it was worth it. A clean well appointed 1 bedroom apartment that represented excellent value for money. Good location for both the town, beach and bus station.

We had a gound floor apartment which faced the gate where you entered the property. Unfortunately I can't remember the number. It was a nice bright apartment with a patio with a small wall around it. A toddler may be able to climb over it though and it's only 20 to 30 yards away from the pool. It's quite a small site so none of the ground floor apartments are far away from the pool.
There are more places to choose from in the Port de Pollenca area.
