First of all this is a Ramada, not a Wyndham. Big difference in my experience which held trunk during this visit. Posotives: The rooms are not a bad size and have clean linens and decent air conditioning. They have a restaurant and room service and the prices aren't bad. Negatives: There is a hotel construction project underway next door that...

Mr. Trank, thaks for your comments, they help us to improve our service. We are upgrading our property from Ramada to Wyndham. Our neighbors are developing a mall and it will be ready next september. Tumbes streets in rainy season are flooded and muddy, nothing we can do about. I tried to check your restaurant consumptions and unfortunately found none...

Dears, if you are expecting to have a pleased stay in this hotel, I must advise you please stay away! The hotel is in reconstruction for renovation; they start at 8am and is all noisy and dirty. They finish at 6pm more or less. The rooms are ok, but the bathroom (in a simple room is quite small), the towels...

This hotel is a shame for the 4-star chain of hotels Costa del Sol. Yes, the lobby is very nice : it seems that all the money has been invested in there just to impress the consumer. But then, you enter the room, and it's better to have a bad sense of esthetic and a very good back to appreciate...

Stayed here one night on our way to Mancora (after arriving in Tumbes on an evening flight from Lima). Room 100 was fairly clean although one pillow case was stained and ripped. Thought the $200 per night for Tumbes was high although free shuttle van from airport and a decent but limited breakfast for 4 people helped.
