Check in was quick, valet is nice and easy. Housekeeping does an exceptional clean, public restrooms are clean. Breeze restaurant staff are friendly and the food selection ia great, note the buffet is not open on week nights. The Lounge restaurant staff are welcoming and the menu has good options, although the music is very repetitive. Bonus there is an Entertainer voucher. Also only saw on 3rd day they have a kids menu, which would have been nice if they offered it. There is a kid play area next to The Lounge which my toddlers liked and also a big human size chess game which was fun. The toddler spray pool area is super cold, however the pool by the Lounge is warm. Its quite far for towels and the beach has yucky black oil that goes on your feet, so bring baby oil. Petty it got on most of our swim suits also. There is no atm at the hotel! Hotels can be pricy with toys and ice cream, so 5 min drive into town is a Lulu’s and discount stores. They have nice water sports, also on tuesdays a movie on sand for kids at 6pm (think reception should inform families of this, as we by chance saw this from a ways on balcony). The kids club was closed. 5 min away is also a fruit/ veg market with great prices on mangos, dates and mandarines. Life guards pay attention and friendly. The beach has beautiful shells. They have a person to take drink orders and massages but also only saw this from the 3rd day! When calling 0, all our requests were handled in a friendly and quick manner! Overall seem like staff are happy which in return will want to give guests a great stay. Will be back :-)

Stayed here over Christmas in a suite with a family of four. Room was not cleaned well on arrival and was bare, not even glasses to drink water, don’t try ordering anything from room service as the food is bad and it takes you about three hours to get to you ( if they complete the order) breakfast has a decent choice but gets very crowded so get in early if you can. The hotel is located in Dibba which is 30 mins away from the center of Fujairah so there is not much to do around besides the pool and beach. Sorry to say I will not be visiting them again.

My family and I went here for a weekend (two nights/three days). It was very busy when we arrived but from the start the staff were all lovely and very helpful. Service was efficient from waiting staff to room service. There are three parts to the hotel Buildings 1,2,& 3. Each has it's own pool, which were lovely and chilled. But only one place to get drinks outside B1 which is quite a walk if you are at pool 3.
There were only two of the restaurant open due to covid. The Lounge and Breeze (buffet). The buffet was particularly well set up to adhere to covid regulations. The staff were very attentive and the food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. The games room and the spa were not open. The Beach Shack only selling drinks, no food.
Our room was great, an upgrade to a deluxe as our original room wasn't sanitised yet when we arrived. On a negative the room fridge didn't work and there was a substantial leak under the bathroom sink.
The staff, while helpful and efficient, were few. No table service outside and uncleaned tables with empty glasses etc. There was a used room service tray outside the room next to us all day - even after the rooms had been service which was poor.
The hotel is perfectly situated on it's own beach with water sports. There are activities everyday like beach volleyball and yoga, etc, and there is a small but well equipped gym. It was quiet when we were there so not many takers. The dive centre beside Building 3 has snorkelling trips out to Dibba Rock which I would recommend.
There is no beach service - you have to go order and get drinks yourself which isn't a disaster. Again, lots of seats with used towels and remnants not cleared up.
On the whole I would recommend this hotel, it is a bit tired and could do with a bit of attention and straightening up - a bit of paint and outside cleaning for example, but perhaps they've had a particularly busy season? However the staff, food and service more than made up for this as they were all lovely and super helpful. Useful to note that this Radisson is not part of the larger Radisson Hotel chain and a stand alone hotel.

I just returned from staying in a 2 bed apartment in this ‘recently renovated resort’.
For a hotel that had just been renovated I was surprised to see our room backing an empty swimming pool. Further round we noticed the mini golf was unplayable due to its disrepair and the amount of maintenance still ongoing!
Soundproofing was a big issue with every noise outside being heard inside. Only one pillow option and they were extremely soft. I asked for firmer pillows and they sent me two sofa cushions (not very hygienic!). The rooms don’t have individual thermostats so you can’t control the temperature of your own room, which resulted in a very sweaty night.
The hotel supposedly had 5 pools but really there are 3, one for kids and two with swim up bars. One of the bars wasn’t in operation though so we sat by the other one. However, this pool could only be described as an ‘ice bath’. How could you swim in something so cold! It’s also worth noting that the WiFi covering the ‘whole’ resort doesn’t reach the pool area.
Management were hit and miss. Ahmed was very understanding and changed our room to one which had thermostats controlling the bedrooms which helped. Bassam was a little less understanding, or bothered about the situation. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, his resolution was to offer me a 25% discount to return and endure it all over again. Rather insulting I thought.
For the extortionate price I paid, there are far better hotels & resorts to enjoy in the area!

The team was very good however expected much higher hygiene standards from a five star property. The bathrooms had very old and rusted fittings especially the toilets were stained which my kids we’re not willing to
use, however the room service did an exceptional job in cleaning, only the fittings need to be upgraded. The dinner buffet at Breeze was very overpriced with limited options, however the restaurant Manager Mr.Sajid patiently took our feedback on improvisations that can be made. Front desk team needs to be more friendly and courteous as they are least bothered to give information unless you ask for. The Water-sports was well organized by Mahmood the coordinator and the team is very friendly. Overall an average experience from a five star rated property!

Very spacious rooms, comfortable mattress & pillows and brilliant breakfast. The short getaway was really worth it with well maintained pools, private beach and water activities. A better and wider choice of cuisine would be welcome.

This was our second stay at Radisson Blue Fujairah. Overall the stay was great. As soon as you arrive the atmosphere gets you relaxed and you start feeling refreshed. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, which was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 children(6 &4) Staff was kind. Housekeeping did a great job, very attentive to our needs and responsive. Check-in/check-out was a breeze(Saba helped us both times, she was extremely nice to the kids and us. Gave them both stuffed bears and now that is our daughters favorite stuffy. She cant go anywhere without it). Facilities were well maintained and clean. The water pressure in the room was a bit low and the hot water took sometime. But overall we enjoyed and we will definitely be going again.

The resort was quite dated but well maintained. Lovely beach and pools. The rooms are proper, not too fancy.
Reception was odd as there is no proper entrance for the car like usual lobbies.
Games room was old and some machines are broken.
Staff are professional and courteous. Some waiters are not approachable but most are nice.
The food was average, but can be improved. The restaurants are flexible and even agreed to send food to our rooms.
The downside was when the restaurant (Breeze) failed to control/manage the huge group of guests who have lined up the buffet without social distancing, failing to wear masks and some even using their bare hands to pick up the food from the buffet table.
The staff at the restaurant recommended us to return 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, we cannot allow ourselves to stay there due to failure in basic hygiene protocols.
We sought other choices and asked the main reception if we can dine at the Lounge at no extra charge since we cannot dine at Breeze. We were initially refused but Louisa from the front desk assisted us.

Check in was great, receptionist Saba was very friendly and explained a lot about the resort. Everytime she saw us she greeted genuinely.
Housekeeping was prompt and brought us some requested items, staff Reddy was very professional and welcoming.
Also we would like to highlight a cleaning team staff: Tossin. He was very friendly and respectful, always started some chat when he saw us.
Breakfast could see some improvement: more healthy options, other juice than orange. Had to wait longer to get replenishment.
Starbucks outlet is a great add on. Ice cream selection was way below standard: mango and strawberry.
All in all we had a great stay. During meal timings staff should not allow guests to go to buffet without masks. It feels like they are scared to tell them.

We as a family of 3 had booked a Deluxe room at the resort. It was spacious with a view of the swimming pools & ocean. The décor seemed to be a bit battered. The only issue we faced was the A.C in the room which switches off for a long time at night and the temperature needs to be reduced on and off to keep the room cool, breaking our sleep as it gets terribly hot.
The staff at the resort needs to be praised for their politeness & friendly nature. They are at your service anytime with a smile. They were wearing masks & using gloves all the time.
Special mention to Abhishek, Raam, & a guy from Ernakulam, Kerala(don't know his name) working at the Breeze restaurant, who gave excellent service. They took care of my mom's food & beverages, making us feel so comfortable and at home.
I noticed that they provided similar service to anyone who visited their restaurant, which is applause worthy. They definitely deserve a raise.
The chefs working at the Live cooking station of the Breeze restaurant were so cheerful & polite. Even though they had no time to breathe with the orders for making omelets back to back, they never once cringed and served the dish with a smiling face. Kudos to them!!
The room was cleaned diligently by the room service in-charge Anil from Himachal Pradesh, India. He was happy to be at service, & also checked upon us even on the day we were checking out. Excellent at his work & service!!
The Lifeguards sitting near the swimming pools or even the beach also need to be praised, because they were sitting outside in the extreme heat all day; yet they were ready to help when needed without any cribbing or making faces. The important thing I noticed here was even though the Lifeguards were all men, they NEVER ogled at the women in the pool or at the beach.

Coctail menu I didn’t use
Where we were we had a living room and 2 separate rooms. One with a super king sized bed and one with a double/king size. Both rooms with ensuite. Living room had a large sofa. Kitchenette with fridge, electric stove and microwave.
Views from the large balconies were superb. Overall a pleasant experience and certainly suitable for families with children
