Clean, comfortable, friendly with great food

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious & clean & the food was plentiful & tasty. An amazing few days enjoying the slopes & hospitality. We will certainly be returning to the Bellevue, highly recommend.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Bad bad bad service. They were still finishing construction work when we stayed there so, some parts of the hotel were still in work process, which is not correct for 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was poor and usually no caffe. When you ask for caffe they answer "We did not have time to make it!". First day we had some boiled eggs but next morning those eggs were not cooked at all. When I asked them to cook them they told me "This is not my problem!" and did not cook them later so they were uneatable. Wellness zona was in construction work, that no body told us, so when we wanted to go they sent us to another hotel and told us to go over a part of the land next to the hotel where is construction site, and all at night. We tried to pass but it was impossible so we had to decide not to go. This is just a bit of problems in that hotel. I do not recomend this hotel. …

great location, kind staff

Excellent location. Very helpfull and kind personel, clean rooms. No pool or bathtub in the hotel although it has "wellness&ski hotel" in it's name. The drain in the bathroom so bad that the whole floor floated when we were emptying the bath.

Nice location

I’m kind of disappointed. I stay here last year in a family room and the staying was just fine. This year we had no offer for this kind of room, but only for apartments. So we took two bedroom apartment. It was very specious, good equipped, but what bothered me is although the apartment is located in the same building with other rooms, according to hotel policy, we were treated different from the guests in the rooms. Cleaning, changing towels and bedsheets demanded an extra charge, and also the final cleaning. If I had wanted to clean rooms myself, I would had rent an apartment in private house, not in hotel. Everything else were fine - location near ski slopes, hotel restaurant ( reasonable prices for tasy dishes)...

Above Maribor

Hotel is located on perfect location with wonderful view on Maribor. There is wide road to the hotel and plenty of space. Our room was clean, breakfast was very good, staff was friendly. There was just a strange smell in our room. There is also good restaurant in hotel, where also "pohorska omleta" is served.

Dissapointed

We are very dissapointed with the accomodation that we reserved as it was not as we expected and like on photos and especially as the hotel has 4 stars. The smell in the room was wierd like the urine and the room was not clean and it needs to be refurbished. Sound isolation is poor and we could hear guests walking in their rooms. Cleaning service was poor during our stay.

A soup with a view

We haven't stayed in the hotel, but had a nice lunch on the terrace, lovely cool temperatures compared to a hot summer day in Maribor. I can recommend mushroom soup, it was fantastic. And home made apple strudel and blackberry strudel, too.

ideal location, poor services

the location is amazing, just a few meters away form the gondola upper station, excellent view. the room had a weird smell, i guess coming from the carpet. the wellness spa was not working, and we were not informed on our arrival nor we had the chance to discuss about it as the receptionist had already invoiced the reserved amount.

Great value for the money

It was the 5th thime for us in this hotel and ski area. You will find clean and big rooms. The hotel is at the start of the slopes, you can use the ski storage for free, with heated lockers. Overall highly recommended. The price is affordable for this service.
