Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean, but rooms should be cleaner, they only change towels daily. I have to chase housekeeper for shower gel. One week stay, they didn’t change bed linen not even once. Breakfast is every day the same, but big choise. Dinner is ok, but should be better. Spa is very nice and clean. I suppose that hotel have 4* only because the spa zone. Rooms and food quality is regular 3* hotel.
ideally place the village on the top of the pohorje. spacious clean apartments and everything designed; dishes, stove, oven, fridge, TV, balcony and all for very decent money, paking in front of the building. My Recommendation!!!
We are not satisfied with the hotel at all. Staff is not friendly, they said that they have children play room and animation every night which is not true. Room servise does not exist. Food is horrible, very old and same every day, juice aparat is broken.. very bad expirience and we do not recommend this hotel to the families at all.
We stayed one week witha group in apartments bolfenk near Hotel. Every day we had dinner at restaurant in Hotel. If you are in a group don't eat there. Food is poor and portions are small. One day we eat pasta with meat. Only pasta without sauce, disaster. Staff is not friendly at all. Dont eat there if you are in a group
This hotel has, by far, the worst kind of staff I have encountered in my entire life. The evening our group arrived, the receptionist we were assigned to looked and acted like a butcher. A huge, scary man with the kindness level of about zero. I was given very vague directions to my room and I got lost in what looked like locker rooms. He then yelled at me for not understanding the directions he gave me and when I explained that I have back issues and that I find it hard to carry my suitcase, he just plain and simple did not help me. I ended up taking pain killers after having to climb the third floor with no elevator available. The next day, there was a new receptionist. He completely ignored me, while he was responding to every single question and request from the other visitors from the same group. I tried to ask about getting out of there, leaving Pohorje, but he didn't even look my way. Just then, a fellow visitor yelled obscenities at me, gestured to me in an inappropriate way and eventually physically hurt me. The receptionist was just standing there, watching a large man assault a small woman, offend her in all ways possible and yell at her. I got angry, tearful, went back to my room, packed up, came back down and left my keycard at the reception. The receptionist did not even turn around to look at me. It was only thanks to an incredible receptionist at the nearby Bellevue hotel, who called me down and even offered to call police - which I refused - that I managed to calm down and find somebody to get me off the mountain and back to civilisation. Turned out I left my phone charger behind. Did the staff of Bolfenk try to get it to me? Nope! As far as the facilities go, I was staying in a six people apartment, which offered everything that was necessary and was very clean, but it was very cold and I had to dig around the place for a blanket. Is there wi-fi internet? Nope. There's a 256 Kbps free connection, but you can use it for only two hours per day and it keeps on going off. If you try to pay for more, the system provides no option to register an account. I did not feel safe at this place and, despite its great potential, lovely location and the nostalgic, ex-YU look that I otherwise appreciate, I would most certainly not go back.…
