The PNOI in Paros is worth a visit. First you must have a rental car because it is a good half hour from the port and difficult to visit and enjoy Paros without vehicle. The Pension is 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the Marina of Piso Livadi where there are many good restaurants and a beach for swimming. The Pension staff is pleasant, smiling and knowledgeable. We will appreciate this Pension especially for the whole outdoor area which is really extremely well enhanced with a bar, quality deck chairs and also a beautiful well maintained pool. Fitness room available. Sufficient parking space is available to park your vehicle. Regarding the rooms, the buildings on two levels are pretty. The rooms are quite functional but they still deserve updating with some renovations even if the aim is to retain an authentic Greek style. The lamps are old, the double bed is only 140 cm and is on a bed that cannot be moved (concrete). The bathroom and microscopic and the light looks more like a night light. Considering the exterior standing we would expect a better quality of the interior. In our case (room 211) we had a nice terrace with nice views. This in no way detracts from the pleasure we had at this establishment.

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice Pension Pnoi! We were warmly welcomed by Eva who gave us 1001 recommendations all around the island!
The place is very peaceful in September, I could enjoy a sublime body massage in the middle of olive trees, the rooms are impeccable and properly equipped. Many thanks for this beautiful moment and look forward to coming back soon! Louise & Tom

Nice hotel. Great staff and service. Nice little beach town.
The hotel is very nicely done and the rooms are well designed and finished.
The pool is nice and has a safe shallow pool for the children.
The waiters are very attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast was good and dinner was decent quality.
Management went out of their way to meet our needs. We were very happy.
There is a bit of a walk (350 paces) down to the beach and other bars and restaurants but it was all fine. Those restaurants were more economic than the hotel food and there was a good selection of fish restaurants and general European/Mediterranean cuisine.
The beach is half natural and half ‘managed’ (ie has sunbeds and umbrellas at the ‘restaurant end’ - note that they cost about €50 per day !!! - a bit of a shock to me!).
The other end has some trees that give good shade - we liked that end. Paris is really windy which we found was great for sunbathing because it kept you nice and cool.
Snorkelling around the rocks at that end was good - plenty of fish.
There was a great coffee shop at the opposite end, just up onto the road that goes to the port.
A 10 minute walk from the beach to the port is well worth it. There are a lot of nice restaurants right next to the water.
The Captain Yannis boat tour was good (make sure you are at the quayside BEFORE 0945 - they leave on the dot).

My stay at Albatross Hotel was excellent. The accommodation was spotlessly clean upon arrival and was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was quiet, spacious, with air conditioning and a lovely, private balcony. The complementary buffet breakfast served each day in the shady garden was delicious. There was a generous array of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses and more. Tea, coffee and juices were also in plentiful supply. The beach which is only a two minute walk away has crystal clear waters to swim in and a range of cafes and restaurants close by. Thanks to the staff of the Albatross who were terrific.

Pnoï was definitely a great surprise! For a 3* Hotel it was much better than I expected. The staff was soooo nice and welcoming. Constantina, Eva, Stelios,...They were all very kind and helpful. The pool area especially is really nice and charming. Logaras Beach is less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel and Piso Livadi is about 15 minutes. In both places you can find very good restaurants, bars and some shops. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to revisit it!

After spending 2 weeks in Greece and going to 5 different hotels, Pnoï was definitely our favourite. The staff is overwhelmingly nice and welcoming. From Stelios that greeted us and took his time to give us recommendations to Yevo at the bar that constantly took good care of us to Eva at the reception that would answer our messages until 11pm and was always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel. The place itself is nice but the staff makes it even better! We will definitely revisit!

Small but really nice hotel located in a strategic position 5 minutes walk from the beach of Lagaros. Very kind staff. Cozy, quiet, clean pool area. Rooms in typical Greek style, perhaps a little old, small but new bathroom. Room perfectly clean. Excellent hotel to stay in Paros

We were very well received, all the staff is friendly and we had good advice for restaurants.
We had a family room with connecting door. The rooms were very good.
Nice swimming pool, she is welcome back in the late afternoon and enjoy a good cocktail.
I recommend this hotel quietly and would gladly return.

We arrived on Paros after a delay due to a ferry strike late at night. From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty by Stella and her staff. The accomodation is above the usual Greek standard of decor and the rooms were decorated in lovely contemporary colours. For self catering the rooms even had a mini bar which was reasonably priced. The grounds were beautifully looked after by the gardener who always greeted you with a welcoming smile.
Days were spent lying by the lovely pool area where there was always a breeze to help keep the temperature down a little.
will we go back? definitely and hopefully in 2005.

My wife and i recentley returned from our fifth holiday, at the Albatross Hotel in Lagaross, Paros. We find ourselfs looking at many other destinations for our annual holiday, but are always drawn back to Paros, due to the beautiful surroundings and the excellent location of the hotel. The excellent service and cleanliness of the staff and rooms, that we have found with each visit. make it a lovely holiday. The manageress (Stella) we have found to be very friendly and accommadating to every need, whilst staying at her wonderful hotel. For example if your room has been booked on the upper level of the hotel and you have problems with the stairs, Stella will do all she can to get you moved into a ground floor room for your own comfort and ease for the duration of your hoilday, if there is a room available. So you can see why we love returning to what we think is an oasis in Paros year after year.
