Stayed here for two nights waiting for boat repairs. The second floor rooms are bright and very comfortable with a view of the harbour and beach from the balconies. The welcome and general hospitality are 5*. The Greek breakfast is all homemade by the owner and delicious. Close to the restaurants on the small port. Several of which are very good too. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to a future visit.
What a wonderful welcome! We stayed here when our boat was out of action for a day and discovered a gem if a hotel - spotlessly clean and well equipped in a simple style. Above all the proprietor was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t have gone to more trouble to be helpful and welcoming. We stayed another night at the end of our trip and enjoyed the same hospitality again. Highly recommended!
Due to my job as a concierge assistant, I travel a lot in various parts of Greece and especially the Cycladic complex. On my business trips to Paros, me and my colleagues booked at Londos Hotel. As I stayed in 2 different rooms, I must admit that the lodging was very neat and meticulously clean, as well as Staff was really friendly. It is a family run business and they do their best to accommodate every guest's request. They missed a step as I think that there is a space for improvement in the breakfast. Unfortunately the coffee (Cappuccino) was not good and it needs some improvement. Apart from that, I highly recommend it and I will visit it again.
Does not really merit the 8.9 or 8.7 which Booking.com clients have apparently awarded. A very basic, clean hotel, quite well located, but 700m and not 130m from the Logaras beach (incorrectly mentioned on Booking.com) according to Google maps and our perception. Owners are nice and accommodating, but this old hotel cannot offer great views or rooms, just what one would expect. I have traveled extensively in Greece, both mainland and islands, and cannot find any particular reason to strongly recommend or criticise this place. Look a little further if you are adventurous, book if not.
Myself and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago while travelling around Greece and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. We were greeted by the owner who was the sweetest woman we have ever met, she was so kind and couldn't do enough for us. Each morning the breakfast was perfect, complete with home-made cake to start your day. Our room was more the comortable and simple in decor, proving the need for fancy trims and frills is unnecessary when you are in the right place. Piso Levadi is a little piece of paradise and Hotel Londos was such a great find, cannot recommend staying here enough. Great value for money too! Thank you to the owners for a great 2 night stay
We had a memorable stay in this hotel. The attention to detail and hospitality were top class. On arrival we were greeted with orange juice and homemade cake and our breakfast was included in the price which was a nice surprise. The hotel is spotless with every facility available on request. Most powerful shower too! So close to the beach and local restaurants; it was a wonderful find. Very grateful to our host and hostess for a fantastic stay. Ever having the chance to return to Paros I would most definitely be returning here. Go raibh míle maith agaibh!
We have been staying at the Hotel Londos (http://www.perantinostravel.gr/hotel-londos.html), run by the Perantinos family, since encountering Costas Perantinos off the bus on our first trip to the Greek Islands back in 1985. Hotel facilities - which have always been clean and pleasant - have improved steadily since our first visit. We now enjoy air conditioning and a mini fridge as well as the perennial lovely balcony view of the town and nearby beach that we dream about during cold, grey wet UK winters. Best of all, we have always received a warm Greek-style family welcome on our arrival and at breakfast each morning. Over time the Perantinos family have become more than hosts - we now regard them as good friends with whom we have shared our lives for almost 30 years.
Hotel London is a family run hotel, very quiet and very friendly, clean and charming. The rooms are lovely, furnished with semplicity and good taste and they have a terrace. The hotel location is ideal, peaceful and relaxed just across the beautiful little church on top pf the Village, still only a 3 minutes walk from the port, where you can enjoy day and nightlife, restaurants, bars and beach. Logaras beach is also reacheable in a few minutes walk, and the bus stop is as well around the corner. I had a wonderful time at the Londos Hotles!!!!!
our stay at londos hotel was not as expected. It didn't have a refrigerator as we were told and not so clean...The owners were cold as ice. Not even a goodmorning from them or bye. nothing. I suggest you find somewere else to stay...
My trips to Piso Livadi go back as far as 1978 when I spent 12 weeks on the island and came back time and time again for the following 10 years. I can remember on one of tthe trips getting casual employment from Costas to help with cleaning work in preperation of the Hotel Londos opening that same year. When I returned to Piso Livadi I was no longer a backpacker but a visitor who stayed in the hotel for the full three weeks (holiday period). As well as the owner Costas his wife, son and daughter helped to keep things clean and tidy for your return from the beach. I returned many times to the hotel with different people and recall two amusing stories, on one ocassion it rained very heavily in June and the owner was so happy to see the rain he merrily enjoyed the short rainfall by dancing and singing in the rain. On another occassion my friend decided to stay up to the wee small hours and returned to the hotel pretty drunk. He eventually went to his bed with a cigarette. I was then awoken with an "ouch" to find his bed alight and he was unconcious with drink. I got him off his bed and took the mattress off to put on the front balconey. As soon as I was outside the mattress went alight and the only thing to do was throw it onto the street below at 4am in the morning. I raced downstairs and put out the fire with a garden hose. Costas heard the commotion and fixed up a spare bed for my friend so he could get some sleep. We paid for a new mattress and that was the end of the matter. My friend had no recollection of the previous night. I still went back to Hotel Londos as they looked after me so well. Happy days Rgds Happy Traveller…
