You can tell this was an old hotel bought by Fiesta Inn, ammenities are Ok, it's not that close to attractions so you will have to get a taxi to get anywhere. If you feel like visiting the malls you are better getting other options. If you are a Fiesta Rewards member, this is it.

I usually stay in this chain of hotels in business trips, but this particular one is below standard compared to other FIESTA Inn in the Country. The attention is good, and personnel are kind and try to be efficient.

Just for practical visits to Chihuahua. It is located between city's old and city's new. If you travel at car is very practical. If you don't travel by car you could travel using taxi service. Gym's installation is small but it is not a justify for don't do some exercise. The breakfast is good and it is available since 6... More

The room service is a little low in quality if it is compared to another hotels of the brand where I had stayed before, but still acceptable. The... More

Sliding door towards the terrace in bad shape, room's bathroom in poor state requires an upgrade, as well the air conditioner system. Beds are very comfortable, the cleanliness is good. It has free parking!

This hotel is old and needs repair from the ground up. One of the two elevators did not work. The one working takes a lifetime. Parking lot is too crowded and very small spacing. Access to all other facilites is horrible as well.

The Hotel needs some good upkeep, its getting old and the rooms need some serious remodeling, the bar was dirty, expensive and with non existent service. The lobby and restaurant areas are the only places that look nicer.

I stayed here two different night, two days apart, and the desk clerk remembered me. But I guess I was the white guy that didn't speak Spanish!! LOL! But he spoke very English very well and it was very easy to work with him. The lobby, elevator, and rooms were all nice and clean. It was a warm and quite... More
