My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. The service is especially what stood out! The food was delicious and fresh, and the portions were generous. The people are very friendly too, especially Julian and Josefina! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I book it for a 3 day period. First thing I notice the poor design at least at 2nd floor. Remote tv wasn’t working ( was fix ) shower needed renovation , no hair dryer and really thin low quality towels . You can hear everything that is happening outside . Zero noise reduction materials use. I notice the room next door had a dryer and I requested one.twice and never was brought to me . I cancel my 3rd night and manager told me all the rooms at the second floor came with no hair dryer . Is been more than week and I’m still waiting for me refund . Don’t stay here , stay at the Marriott is way better and is within walking distance from this 2 star hotel.

recently went to chihuahua and stayed at the encore. I have stayed there several times. nice hotel rooms are somewhat small in the old rooms. it is well located but parking can be a problem the staff was friendly and i would recommend this hotel as it close to many restaurants. i will probably stay there next time but will get a room in the newer wing

One of the worst, if not the worst breakfasts I have ever eaten. It was truly embarrassing . Reception was manned 50% of the time and nobody cared about anything. Room was OK. Very expensive for what it is.
