+: The staff helped renting a boat for island hopping for a reasonable price. The location: it is on the seaside. -: I tried several times to contact the hotel for information on how to get to the hotel from the bus stop, no reply. When we arrived it took some time to locate someone. It was clear they were... More

The resort personnel should improve their customer service because we felt their coldness in treating their customers. There is nothing spectacular and memorable about this place. Pros: 1. The room is average clean. It is also spacious enough. 2. Plus points that the shower and faucet heater are properly functioning. 3. Great that there is cable TV. 4. Aircon is... More

"Luxury" here is termed too loosely. First off, we choose not to make reservations online and opt to look in Pundaquit for other options. Turns out, there really aren't that much resorts in Pundaquit other than those you found online. We end up in Pundaquit Luxury resort for 1. the 1st resort is already fully book and 2. the resort... stayed here on December 2015. came here without reservation before new year's eve. we were gladly entertained and thought we would have a room ready according to what i have specified (one queen size bed). Unfortunately, when we arrived, they gave us a room with 2 single beds. although we were promised we will be transferred the day after to... More

Our experience here was truly unforgettable with such a remarkable atmosphere and service! Rooms are spacious. Foods being served are not only delicious but with TLC. Great place for team or barkada outing. They assist you with island tours but they're not the ones who offer the boat rentals. They also allowed us to have our breakfast facing the sea,... More

We came here on labor day of 2015, we expect a nice hotel since their name states pundaquit "LUXURY" resort, but the resort premises doesnt name it. Luxury? Where?? It doesnt even look like a resort, it just looked like a simple house with no good INTERIOR. Come and see for yourself. Example is their LOBBY. There are no decorations,... More

The front desk personnel is not well versed in providing QUALITY customer service. She always blames the staff mostly minors (I asked the girl who cleaned our room her age and told me she is just 16). We booked a boat for an island tour on the first day of our stay, we are scheduled to leave at 9AM the... More

A good place to relax and enjoy the view. Not a five star hotel, but with excellent customer service, courteous and friendly staff. The beach is right in front of the hotel, we enjoyed our walk on the beach, meeting some local fishermen. It's a very safe place. Delicious meals prepared by the owner, reasonable price too. Very nice swimming... More
