Too old building with photos on sites that do not correspond to reality. outside the surrounding area which is remarkable I point out the mold in the rooms, no covid measures at all, unrealistic price for the provided and cunning treatment for ephemeral profit. never again. My worst experience in hotels the last 48 years

COVID 19 measures were not applied. Inappropriate behaviour by the “reservations admin”, who didn’t even apologise for the bad customer experience. The staff did not wear masks at all. In general, a terrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere. 👎

Very good location and a decent hotel with polite employees. 100 meters away from beach bars. The breakfast was quite good and the pool really nice. But there was never hot water. Don't get me wrong. We never had cold showers. We would just like some more hot water. The biggest minus for us was that we stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Make sure to ask for a hair dryer from the reception!

It was a great experience for couple of days during August. The staff, the hotel room, the breakfast and swimming pool are as we expected. Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast. The beach bars are only a few minutes walking from the hotel.

I made reservation through booking with option free cancellation, but i was charged 30% of the reservation before the "free cancellation period" was passed. So I called the hotel and asked why they charged me. The guy explained it was "by mistake" of his colleague. I said ok and asked if the room will be like the room from the pictures of my reservation. The guy answered - NO, the pictures are from renovated rooms with renovated baths and sea view. Your room will be not renovated and with a mountain view.I asked why they post fake pictures to my reservation? Then he started to explaining that if I do not cancel he can give me a room with renovated bath for example. At all I decided to cancel my reservation and we wrote couple of emails through booking. At all he gave me back the money, but with 15 euro less because of "bank tax" and after 10 days of emails. Writing that just to have in mind if you decide to reserve in this hotel! (Have in mind also that rooms with a mountain view just look to the main boulevard at Sarti and you will hear cars all day and night long) Take care, Ivo
