This is definitelly the best hotel in Podebrady. The hotel is very clean, perfectly organized and modern. Our rooms were prepared in time, just after arrival we received the plan for all purchased procedures. The staff is very friendly and prepared always for your service. Breakfasts are very good and we very much enjoyed buffet dinners, too. The restaurant chef is definitelly the benefit of the hotel. The hotel is a spa or wellness hotel and all spa procedures are provided inside the hotel. You can use the pool inside, too. Parking is also available. Everything I ordered worked perfectly, apart from welcome drink which I did not receive, but this is a detail I did not care and had no problem with. One very important detail does not work, though. If you want to relax and you need a quiet place for relaxation, then sleeping might be a problem. It is not possible to individually set up a pleasant temperature inside room. I had a premium room at upper floor. The hotel is quite overheated. I asked the reception to dicrease the temperature in the room from 24 to 22 degrees, but it was probably not possible. The air condition system just did not work. So then one has to open the window. But when you open a window you hear all noise from the park. And believe me that I did not sleep well any night. There is always somebody yelling or speaking loudly in the middle of night in front of the hotel. You will hear everything….all happy groups or drunk people. The view on park promenade is nice, but not very practical during nights. And what I missed was also a good bed and definitelly better pillows.

I was travelling together with my collegues to reach Lanškroun. We just had a look at Tripadvisor because it was 1 pm and we were hungry. We switched on the navigator, we were going to Podebrady. Once there the navigator lost the coordinates and we finished on a dead end street. We were in front of the Spa Hotel Felicitas. We entered it and asked the receptionist where we could go for a fast lunch. She invited us to eneter the reastaurant of the hotel where we had a very delicious lunch!Mini appetizers well cooked and prepared with vegetables, shrimps, meat. It was a buffet and you could take whatever you wanted from starters, to hot meal, soup, desserts. We were really lucky to find this hotel. We spent really little. Excellent quality-price. I will for sure come back to Podebrady because of my job, and in that occasion I won't exclude this location!

I spent there two nights for MINI stay with the best massage I ever had till this time. The swimming pool was the most beautiful I ever saw in wellness hotel with great decoration (living moss). Great offer for breakfast and dinner as well - bufet for dinner was the best I ever had with plenty of desserts and cheeses as well.

The hotel was modern, clean, spacious, and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Double room was also tidy when we arrived, with fridge, safety deposit box, and wardrobe cabinets and closets. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. However, for a 4-star hotel, we found it disappointing that there was no free still water, coffee, or tea in the room. Shower door was also a bit dysfunctional so water leaks out to the shower floor. Room can also become quite warm during summer afternoons and evenings. Wellness centre though was really nice. I tried the Flower Spa Ritual and it was worth it. Swimming pool was also big enough and wasn't crowded. But that may be because we went there on a Monday afternoon. Breakfast had some variety, though leaves you a bit wanting, knowing that the hotel is rated as 4-star. The staff though were really nice, but didn't seem to be too attentive to the flies entering through the open veranda door. We ordered steak dishes for dinner at the restaurant during Sunday night. Although the steaks were not cooked exactly the way we wanted them (medium rare), the steaks were delicious, esp. the one paired with salad and strawberry sauce.

2 night business stay. Functional and clean. Efficient check in. One bad side is breakfast doesn't start until 7am which is quite late for business travellers to get to the office. Good selection. Could do with some water in the room. Overall good joint and I would stay again.

I often go to Podebrady for a “weekend spa break”, tryig different hotels. This hotel is clean and reasonably relaxing, and the location is great, near the town centre with a plenty of places to eat, and also near the train and bus station, all about a 5 minute walk. Trains from there get you from/to centre of Prague in less than an hour. The hotel is on a street opposite a large well-laid-out park with fountains and plenty of benches. If you are lucky you can get a room overlooking the park. If not, as I was not, you can have a view of the backyard’s car park. It’s best to check when making the booking. It’s a bit unfair as all the rooms would cost you the same! There is a pool with free access for guests only at specified times. The “wellness” zone on the top floor is quite pleasant, the staff are helpful and the treatments I had there were good. The buffet-style breakfast is quite average, however the beverages were quite disappointing – juice from the machine was very watery (I could hardly tell the flavour) and the coffee also from a push-button machine was quite poor too.

Spa Hotel Felicitas is located on the very good spot of Poděbrady city. Hotel is quiet and clean. Room is average. Clean, but No air condition. Even in the hotel restaurant. That´s very sad, because it´s 4stars hotel. Spa hotel! Maybe 4* hotel in the 2000 was the top, but not these days ... Food and drinks are pretty good.

For business trip I often go to Podebrady and surely It is the best hotel in the area. The rooms are new, modern and clean. For me the the mattress was a bit hard, but it depends on your prefer. The reception staff is very friendly. The only weakness the paid Wi-Fi. I tried the restaurant and it was very good. i enjoyed my stay there.
