Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The view over Budva Bay was eminent. Our flat was large and well furnished. But a lot of things needs improvement. There was dirt in many corners, both in the flat, in the corridors and on the stairs. Your flat is only cleaned if you remember to put a sign outside the door. There was hardly any hot water. In spite of the water heater set at highest temperature, we had to shower in luke-warm water. Breakfast was included in the rate. But rather than having a nice buffet you have to choose from a menu one item only which is then served in your room. My wife had yoghurt with müsli and that was it! I had fried eggs which actually included bread toasted on one side only. No butter, no marmelade. Very poor, and we'd rather do without then making our own or buying somewhere in town. The staff is young and very inexperienced. When we complained that we had got the breakfast menu in Serbian, we got a Russian one instead. Of course we could only laugh at that, but a minimum skill in English or German would improve things. There is free wifi, but it only works when the TV is on!! The nearby beach is rather awful. They claim it is a sandy beach, but it is more like gravel, and you have to walk over a lot of pebbles when entering the water. Worst of all: There is all-day high volume techno pop all over the crowded beach front at Becici.

We are here right now and I'm going to have a bit of a rant .......In response to previous comments about language, cleaning and breakfast - the staff do speak English to varying degrees its not stopped our enquiries being dealt with promptly - and who are we to moan anyway when most English make no attempt to learn the local language I had extensive email conversations with the hotel prior to arrival- perfectly answered and promptly dealt with. We have never put a sign out requesting cleaning it has automatically been done with clean towels and refreshed toiletries every day, as if putting a sign on door is difficult?! Choose your choice of breakfast the day before and the time you require it and hey presto it's delivered to your door - the reference to muesli - you get a large portion - too much for 1 and a jug of pouring yogurt or milk - I like fresh fruit with mine - no big deal I popped to local store to buy a nectarine - there is a cooker if you don't like what's on offer - get your own - they don't advertise a buffet breakfast so why moan about not having one?! Sorry folks but really............! This is a beautiful aparthotel with a beautiful view of the bay, yes an abundance of techno music but you can choose to move somewhere quieter, I would certainly recommend this place it's close to Budva but away from the hustle and bustle - a great Base to explore the area. Shine hotel is located by the road in Budva. It has a wonderful view at the sea from all rooms. We had a nice and spacy apartment. It was clean and good air-conditioned. The beach was just a short walk by the pedestrian bridge over the boulevard. The Wi-fi was very good. Also the breakfast was fine and delicious, you should pick up something from the menu and at the arranged time you get it in your room. The staff were kind and professional. The Shine hotel is a good value for money.

The place is brandnew.It has all the facility only 2 km from budva old city center. At the balcony you see the adriatic sea when you drink beer in the white garden fernichirs. It has close grage entrence from the main road just ecross spleded hothel. hi facility in the butifule apar.Huge batroom flat tv scrin in evry room.The brekfest delerve to your room betwin 0700 till 1000.The service is warom and you emiditly feel home. The lady alsow made our londery for 10 eru per mecin very convin when you in thr road for long time.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Aparthotel shine. The staff are lovely, very helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. The view was spectacular from the balcony I've attached a photo I took from our balcony this morning. We will definitely be returning and would recommend the place to anyone.

I stayed at this place and had some misgivings due to some reviews. Even tried to change the reservation to another place. But I can say that the apartment is clean, the staff cleans it well as long as you put the notice to clean on the door before noon. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning worked to perfection. The only issue I had is that the internet only lets you connect four equipments at a time, which is too little given todays world, specially as we were four and had phones and computers. We had to turn of one equipment to be able to connect another one.

Staying a few nights with family. We had a large room with two bedrooms. Close to the beach. Free of charge garage in a hotel basement. Breakfast was served to the room and it was quite okay. Could be a bit noise as busy street just a few meters from hotel.

I stayed with my family at 9th floor, room 93 this weekend, 15-16 June. The apartments are very well designed and sapcious (we were 7 adults), the furniture is modern, and the balcony offers amazing view to the Budva Riviera and you can also see Sveti Stefan. Breakfast is served in apartment and you can enjoy it with the view from balcony. The girls at reception are very helpful and polite. Also the price of the apartmant is very good. Highly recommended to group of families and friends. We will definitely return back again :) Ps: You can take breathtaking photos from the balcony.

This hotel is next to 5 star Splendid hotel. Its new hotel with 10 levels and the best sea view and view on all coast Becico and Rafailovici. We got apartment no.93 on 9th floor in corner and its great. Big two bedroom apartment with livingroom, well equipment kitchen and big bathroom and xxl cotner teracce with spectacular view. Free underground garage. Free good wifi. Breakfast is in the room by order, could be better.
