The Hotel is in a great position near the town and you think you have arrived at a 5 star hotel when you arrive . I don’t know if it’s because it’s the beginning of the season , but the quality of service is awful . The unsmiling staff are surly and unhelpful and the quality of the food is disgraceful . The food is tepid , tasteless and presented like food in a motorway service station . A solitary candle on the tables does nothing to give the restaurant any atmosphere . Sometimes I got a discount , sometimes I didn’t and no one could explain why . I ask for white wine and get red . Hardly anyone speaks English and the whole experience makes me want t to move on somewhere more caring . I am still stuck here until Wednesday unfortunately .
This hotel deserves 5 stars. From the moment you arrive you will feel kind and wellcoming atmosphere. Rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast - high quality, high variety food. Only thing that I would change during breakfast is coffee and water station where trays should be provided for guests to carry items taken. Spa is great and very clean (it is being cleaned and sterilized all the time). COVID measures are in place and masks are provided for hotel guests. Small dogs are wellcome and this was really amazing and so nice. Furry family members get their own small bed, towel and food and water plates (so cute). Although hotel is pet friendly dogs are not allowed in Promenada restaurant inner part which I hope for the hotel to change this policy. Coffee making machine and capsules are provided in the room and cost about 1,60 € per capsule and in my opinon should be included in the price of the room (does not change price much and guests can enjoy in room coffee or tea on the terrace). Concierge service is excellent. Rent a car was provided within 10-15 minutes from our initial request. To sumarize, I highly recommend this hotel and I am sure that you will have holiday or short break (as we did) to remember.…
Great hotel with great facilities Goran the front manager accommodated our baby’s demanding eating schedule and Zelio the chef cooked every day for him healthy food. Svetlana and Dagan at the restaurant always looked after us and our boy !! I will only suggest to replace the olive oil used as it has no taste and it’s inferior for this hotel Better remove it or replace it with proper extra virgin oil And also include more healthy food options for kids For family it’s a great place Lastly the entertainment could be better,tenor singer or jazz ..
staff everywhere in the hotel is quickly and friendly! buffet was also nice the rooms are clean! spa center especialy is very recomendated! for sure ill come back to enjoy my holidays in that hotel !!!
We were there first week of july. overall great hotel. we stayed at the suites on the side of the hotel, big sea front room, big balcony, comfy beds. nice clean pools, beach is good not the best. service is nice. food is normal nothing special.
The hotel building is new, rooms are very clean. Food is regular nothing special. The hotel is not very close to the city center, we always had to use taxi. If you are a couple or with friends I do not recommend. But it’s ideal for families with kids.
It’s one of the big hotels on the Montenegro beach area. Room: spacious room. Great view on the sea. Facilities: SPA is good: there are 3 in-door pools, 3 saunas (every with different temperature), hummam (but it closed in Covid period). Outdoor swimming pools. Parking. Food: breakfast was poor. Variety is good but not tasty. Coffee is AWFUL. Service was slow. Staff is helpful and polite.
Top service starting from the reception staff who upgraded our room for free (we got a superior with a sea view). Rooms spacious, clean, beds comfortable, gift set of wine and cakes, fast wifi, everything was first class. Top quality buffet for breakfast and dinner, every day you can choose a varied and quality diet. Great children's playroom with fun animators. The spa and wellness center is diverse, with several swimming pools and saunas for everyone's taste. The weekend is a bit more crowded at the spa. The hotel still retains the title of leader of the Montenegrin coast.
The hotel met my expectations from spacious room, clean, views, hotel facilities, beach and close to Budva center. The only reason why I have not left 5\5 is beacuse or two clashes with the staff and management. One evening an old gentlemen walking by the reception area, might be the hotel manager stopped us when seeing we have a bag with some drinks and snacks that we returned from the store saying that is not allowed and started bickering with me for a while. Having the fact we are paying customers and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights spending money for the room, casino, spa, recreation and bar that is no way to speak to a client. The second moment was during the breakfast when the mature waiter in a rude way called us to move our stuff off the table by the window, because it was reserved. Even though the other waiter told us we can sit there despite the reserved sign. The reception staff and housekeeping were great. The girls at the front desk were adorable ☺️…
1. The Hotel has solid anti Covid measures in place so me and my family felf safe. 2. The room was spacious, well maintained, clean. The food is also to be complimented together with health measures observed while serving it. 3. The beach is superb, stayed there and only visited the pool occasionally. Felt that to be a better option. Few recommendations for improvements: 1. Upgrade fitness facilities without delay. Modern tourism standards will require you to shift more attention to such facilities rather than spa for example. No need to go expensive treadmills, weights and weight machines with much more space. 2. Family tables with 4 chairs should not be occupied by single guests just for the view reasons. Mix the tables up but there shouldn't be a situation where a family has to sit at a small table because someone took the big table.…
