When reviewing a resort it always comes down to 5 main criteria: 1. Location 2. Accommodations 3. Food 4. Resort Itself 5. Value Location Compared to other resorts I’ve been to, this one takes the cake for sheer beauty. It is nestled in the dense foresty terrain on the outskirts of PV with tons of natural foliage. It is a...

Located in the valley between two mountains, with a quick shuttle ride to a private Oceanfront getaway with food multiple Blended drinks mix cocktails and excellent service. Rooms are beautifully acquainted with Superior Linens pillows and the towels on the resort are top notch. The the hotel is more of a resort that is like a private club with things...

The resort was beautiful. A lot of walking. People we met were so much fun. There was some type of bug going around and did not appreciate the staff blaming the guests for the bug. Their comments to us when we reported when my husband was sick for 3 days were people don't wash off the suntan lotion before they...

Most relaxing atmosphere here. Yes, they are understaffed, and this was brought up often to management so they are aware. But, the staff is very friendly and, boy, do they work hard. Often saw staff doing double shifts and showing up again the next day, so don't be afraid to tip! The evening entertainment was lots of fun, the room...

The resort itself is lovely with beautiful scenery. The staff are super friendly, extremely hardworking and overworked but not nearly enough of them..they are often doing double duty working in one area and then hours later working elsewhere. We were given a room with a king size bed and pullout couch (two of us girls went). No bedding for pullout...

First trip to this resort . This resort is nestled in the hills (with a view of the water ) and we were apprehensive at first due to it not being located on water . The walking is not as onerous as you may imagine. Once the path to and from your room is discovered it will take you to...

If you want to get away from crowds and relax for a week or two, this is the place for you. Amazing location on the hills, nothing is ever busy and Martin always kept our drinks and stomachs full. Highly recommend!

This resort was originally a time share purchased by the Grand Sirenis chain of hotels in 2016. It is in a rain forest area that is extremely hilly. There are no bugs except in the rainy season. If you have any mobility problems, I do not recommend it. The resort is not located on a beach but they do have...

As other people have said, this is a very nice, new resort. It is not on the beach but rather in a Canyon a short distance from the Town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Enjoy the quiet and the birds and the mineral pool. There are also hot and cold pools near the Restaurants and the high rise building at...

Feb. 4th to 11th via Air Transat and Itravel2000. Our 4th time to Puerto Vallarta. First time north to the Bucerias and Crux area. Our 2nd time to a Grand Sirenis resort. Arrived at night after 8. Was dark. Beautiful mountain sceneries to wake up to in the AM. Lush. Native birds. Nights are filled with stars as there's little...
