We stayed here for one night last summer and I have only just got round to reviewing it. Yes, it is a bit basic but the food we had was fine and we had a good breakfast. We had to rely on my rusty French but that achieved everything we needed. As it is only a few minutes from the... More

very small but nicely decorated room in a wonderful surroundings. Although receptionist does not speak English, he was so communicative that he managed to explain everything we needed in body language. The restaurant in the hotel was closed, but he suggested another nice place nearby. The only problem was the bed that was too soft. There is a lovely pizzeria-bar... More

This hotel is in a wonderful position, a day's drive down from the Channel ports, less than 5 minutes from the A 6 Autoroute du Soleil and in a very prety village surrounded by vinyards. This is why we have been stopping off here for 6 years or more. We love the walk up to the tower and from there... More

We were very happy with our overnight stay at Hotel De La Tour. We stayed in the family room as we have two young children. It was scrupulously clean and quite large by European standards. It was not fashionably decorated, but quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. For families traveling on a budget, it was wonderful. An excellent... More

Had planned to stay here for 4 nights with friends one a wine trip to northern Rhône. had seen the menu on their site, and heard good things about the restaurant. So although not much else in Mercurol, we thought we'd stay here for the food. Long time since we've been that disapointed. Rooms clean, but with a "monastery cell"... More

I was en-route from Luxembourg to Spain and I chose this hotel at random from the Logis de France brochure. The hotel is located in a small, quiet town about 2 km's from junction No. 13 of the A7 motorway (Romans/Tain). The hotel is clean although a bit dated, the furniture in the my single room was functional but had... More
