We stayed 5 nights and must say we are very disappointed with the overall experience. - room not clean on arrival - stray cats roaming the lobby. - very poor wifi, only works well in lobby area. - Found it difficult to communicate with majority of staff . English training required ! - Location not ideal. - Pool area ok ! - Room ok need to improve bathroom , ( shower is in bath tub leaking taps etc ) A below average hotel.

Great cost-benefit. Room was Very clean. Nice staff. Easy to go places and it is inside a complex with lots of structure: restaurants, super market, bank, casino, etc. Downside was the breakfastwhere we had to pay extra for eggs. All the rest was include. That was a first for me.

Rooms are ok but noisy and toilets are a bit small. Location is closer to the winery’s but 15 min away from the city. Breakfast is no unlimited but served by waiters on demand. Free parking is included.

Located on an edge of the city in Maipu (20 minutes walk from Maipu center actually). Good standard, nice swimming pool and average breakfast. For a short stay quite ok, but for the price you can find also nice places by the wineyards

Great accommodation! It has everything you need or requires for a great vacation in Mendoza. Close to the wineries, great standard of comfort and service. In transportation its doesn't have the best options, but it doesn't make the experience to stay any bad.

The hotel is not in downtown Mendoza. It is in Maipu which is a suburb of Mendoza. Our cab driver from the airport did not know about this place. I showed him on Waze how to get there. This is a Casino Hotel so rooms are large,clean, and well maintained, staff are very friendly & helpful, breakfast is very good and the restaurants have a good variety of choices.

This a convenient hotel to tour wineries. But, it is not convenient if you wish to visit the city and need to hire a taxi. It takes long to get a cab. People at the reception would call taxis who charge you more when you are a foreigner and they do not care. Personnel at the reception is polite. But it takes them an eternity to provide any service. Some of them barely speak English. We had a clean room. Breakfast is average. I would recommand massage done by qualified ladies and at a very low price.

It has a good location and it is convenient. But the music on the bar that is outside goes until after midnight and is too loud . It can be heard from any room since they are not soundproof. There is no way too rest or sleep in this hotel

Positives - Good location to be picked up / dropped off from wine tours and activities as we were the last to be picked up and first to be dropped off - Friendly staff and tourist information - Good breakfast options - Pool and gym for general use - Easy to get out cash nearby and big supermarket for snacks etc (!!) Negative - We had a room overlooking the car park and the curtains were not quite long enough to shut and hence very bright - Slightly out of the way for central Mendoza bars/restaurants (the ones on site are average) - about 30mins by taxi or 40mins by bus Overall value for money and a good place to enjoy Mendoza/Maipu/Wine!

Hotel is just off highway in a suburb of Mendoza making it convenient to travel to local wineries. We found the hotel not as clean as it could be. Hot sun bakes the rooms and over taxes the AC. Restaurants are very average. On-site casino is only option for a drink.
