The location is gorgeous and the hotel architecture is very nice. You must have a car to arrive there otherwise waiting for buses it's annoying and un easy. Room and bathroom are beautiful but the fridge makes a noise that awake me often. That' s a real pity because you are expecting to hear nothing at all and just relax.

The place is peaceful, nice and away from any kind of stress. The staff is friendly and the contemporary design is very well done but if you are used to travel in nice hotels and if you are sensitive to good service, you will be very very disappointed. We stayed there for four days. The restaurant was always closed: they...

we spent 2 wonderful nights here and really enjoyed the back porches and the nice sunset with views of the andes. can't beat it! getting to aguamiel feels like a bit of a trek but once you're there it's a great oasis. we had our wine tour operator pick us up/drop us off from here and it worked out swimmingly....

We stayed already last September at Aquamiel and now again in February and love the nice decorated & clean rooms, welcoming & caring staff and the relaxing atmosphere. Especially sitting outside for dinner and enjoying the good wine and yummy food is so enjoyable! We always feel welcome and will definitely come and stay again, during our next Mendoza visit.

El Aguamiel is a place where you can relax totally. The buidings are carefully designed in order to fit into the area. The food is OK but this shouldnt be the main reason for visiting El Aguamiel. The El Aguamiel wine is organic and expensive, but thats not a problem; its plenty of different wines to choose between in Mendoza....

the location of the hotel was very inconvenient and we would never have found it if we didn't have a GPS (which is a whole different story). we were both sick from something we ate or drank in Buenos Aires so we didn't end up doing very much during our 2 day stay in Mendoza. there is really no vineyard...

There is no resturant. We arrived at 9 pm from the airport no resturant close by and a very limited room service menu salad, plan omlette, no pasta even though it is on the menu and empanadas. Hardly dinner! We ordered salad and empanadas both were so over salted we sent them back and ordered the omlette. Plain two egg...

This hotel had some of the best views I've ever seen. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were mostly very pleasant. I really must commend the woman who worked on reception in the mornings. She was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations regarding wine tours, restaurants and renting a bike. I couldn't praise her enough. The only poor...

memories are made of this... the setting, the people, the care, the area, the trips and the people! I think we planned to be there a week and stayed almost two... it is a magical base from which to explore, and there is so much to do there... the setting from your room you will never forget as you look...
