Nice staff. Nice location. Nice views. Nice locality. Breakfast okay. Tired building. Small room with no view and very little furniture. No ambience or style. Outdated bathroom. Spar limited and understaffed. Serious maintenance and refurbishment required. Very disappointing. Will not visit again.

Fantastic location on the top of the cliffs above the beach It’s a bit hidden away and you have to go up some pretty steep hills to get there in the car The hotel has parking underground and you get to reception by lift (it is we believe the slowest lift in the world). Front desk staff, really helpful and we felt very welcomed. Room was good,, two single beds pushed up together rather than a real double but they were comfortable. We had a room at the back so we didn’t have the view, but we were only there to sleep. The route down to the town was much easier than we feared and somehow completely avoids the steep climb that we had to go up on the motorbike. If you arrive back from dinner late there is no access through reception but they give you a key to the parking and you can get in through there (a little strange) When we got back the bar was still open and we had a late night G&T on the private lawn above the beach in the starlight … very romantic.

This lovely hotel is rather tired. It resembles a boarding school, but the staff are very pleasant, the food was wonderful and the hot salt pool was clean and very beneficial with its amazing pummelling jets. I had a terrific massage. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply amazing. A sea view is a must. Just go there knowing that the accommodation is very plain and simple, almost stern! Softer pillows and a mattress protector would help...

I’ve been just for one night, and not having any Spa service unfortunately. The location is just fantastic, the ocean view is amazing. Walking on the surround and among the seaside is relaxing, soul and eyes can only thanks. The hotel could be renewed a bit, services are really at the minimum standards.

was taking our dog to Itzurun beach, and stopped to have a butchers at the menu, and was suitably Impressed, even more impressed when i found out that you can combine a morning spa with a very good lunch, although on the day we were too late to have both so just ate a very good lunch with good service and fantastic views of the ocean.Cant wait to go again in the next few weeks this time for the spa and lunch, however as we live nearby I have never had need to stay at this hotel so cannot give an opinion on this
