We were looking forward to walking in the Monte Perdido national park and that did not disappoint. We were however thoroughly disappointed with the Hotel Ordesa. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because the staff were lovely and the service very good. The hotel itself was a different matter. The location is a kilometre outside... More

When you value the hotel is also evaluating its staff and service received, it is a whole. The location of the hotel outside the bustle of Torla core is precisely one of the points usually best rated by our guests. For your comments I think you should have booked a Superior Room, which has air conditioned, VIP amenities, bathrobes and... More

Positives - Clean and spacious rooms with large balcony, reception spoke English well enough to assist us Negatives - WIFI didn't work at all. They claim this is due to it not being able to cope with number of visitors in summer, well sorry that isn't good enough. Every other hotel we've stayed in can cope with the demand. Bar... More

This hotel is placed in a privilege place only 800m from the National Park entrance (Puente de los Navarros) and next to the river Ara. Torla is a cosy town, only 900m from the hotel (20min walking distance, 1 minute by car). We are in an area with very difficult terrain and with many limitations of technology as a protected... Stayed here for 3 nights while on a hiking vacation in the Pyrenees. We are a family of four and the family room was perfect for us. The bus for Parque Nacional de Odessa stops right at the hotel in the mornings. Tickets should be bought at the hotel reception as you can't buy them on the bus. Staff were... More

We had high expectations on the hotel being calm and a bit luxurious from the pictures, but have to say that we were a bit disappointed. The rooms were clean and so, but quite small and the ambiance was more for families than for couples (which I guess is nice if you have kids). The hotel was a bit retro,... More

This hotel is both suitable for families as we have the quality certification Children Friendly, at máximum level called Premium; and also for couples who can enjoy the environment, hotel food and spa services. We are sorry failing to meet your expectations, but you did not concrete what we could improve, or what level of demand you had. Hoping to... More

This hotel is chosen by "Hike Pyrenees" as the base for their exploratory Ordesa hiking trips, through whom I made the booking. The excellent facilities of the hotel and its magnificent location at the entrance to the Odesa gorge make this a must stay at place, the services are first class as is the food, my only gripe was the... We appreciate your contribution and we noted your suggestion to include a kettle in the rooms, which already has our Suite 308, for example. We hope that you repeat your visit to Ordesa with Hike Pyrinees and staying again at the Silken Ordesa! More

We stayed at Hotel Ordesa in June 2016 for six days. The hotel was booked for us as part of our self-guided hiking tour with Hike Pyrenees. Hike Pyrenees arranges the hotels and provides information, maps, etc, for hiking in the Ordesa National Park and surrounding hiking areas. The hotel rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. They did not have... More

We appreciate your positive comments about the hotel, location and service. Our team always strives to please all our guests. We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are very helpful and speak English. The setting is gorgeous and it has a lot of options for levels of accommodations. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel when visiting the National Park. Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff, outdoor swimming pool. Excellent location for exploring the valley and the National Park. Two small points for improvement would be that the Family room could be bigger and there's no airco in the room.

The hotel location allows to our customers to explore the sorroundings of Ara river and Turieto path going to the National Park Ordesa. Good hotel in perfect surrounding. Perfect for visiting Ordesa valley. Familyroom was spacious and comfortable, though simple. You also pay for the location offcourse. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but the menu for diner was very limited and not child friendly, so we had snacks in the bar.

Enjoying a beer or one of the cocktails prepared by Pedro, sitting on the garden with the Mondarruego mountain views as a scenery, is one of the best pleasures on this Valley. We thank very much your visit and kind review, looking forward to your next visit! More
